I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: The placement percentage is very less or negligible in our college. Hardly any company visited the college during our time and in fact, the college did not have any placement cell. They recently made a placement cell that hardly recruited any students. SSM College is below par as far as placements are concerned.

The college has really good infrastructure.

Placements: Some companies come to the college for placements. I don't know about the packages yet. Students must have 79% to get internships in good companies. Roles like software engineer, data scientist, etc., are offered in this course.

Review of SSM College of Engineering.

Placements: As a student of SSM College of Engineering and Technology, I must say that I have never seen any company approaching the college since I have joined. But according to the official prospectus of college, different companies, including Tata, Reliance, Mahindra, etc., visit the college to hire students. During the course, students are required to do at least 3 internships. These internships are to be done in different private companies and also the government sector. About 99% of students got inter...

I am satisfied with college as they help you to choose the right path for your future.

Placements: SSM College is good for its placements. When you pass out of college, you would be able to get a job at any good company.

The college has qualified and student-friendly teachers but poor management and no placements.

Placements: About 2% of the students in the college got placed. There were 750 students, and very fewer students got placement in core field. For CSE students, placements were good, but for the rest branches, placements were not provided. The college should focus on it because the first placements are very difficult for a student. If college provides such benefits to students, then it becomes easy for them to get a core job. Otherwise, in today's world, getting a core job is a difficult thing. The highest s...

The college is good, but you have to study well too.

Placements: Campus placement drives are not organised here. Very few to no companies visit this college to hire freshers/graduates. However, some of our alumni were settled very well in reputed companies like Microsoft and Yahoo. Some students were placed in India and some others were settled abroad. But I'm sure this because more of their hard work rather than what the college has provided to them. Some programmes like Udaan are organised to hire freshers at times.

The infrastructure of the college is satisfactory to some extent.

Placements: There are some issues with the placements. During my tenure of 5 years here, I have seen only one company visiting the campus for placements. No one got placed from here. Even the placement drive conducted by that company is just to show students of the institution that there are placement opportunities.

Our college has good and well-developed infrastructure.

Placements: Our college invites different companies from India and abroad to provide placements for students. Most of the students got placed in many partner companies like BSNL, Jio, PPWD, Vodafone, Wipro, Microsoft, and Google. Every year, at least 100 students get placed in different companies through college placements.

The college has a minimum fee in the state, appreciable infrastructure and good teaching.

Placements: About 5 students, i.e., 2.7% of the students got recruited from our section of 180 students. You need to work hard in college. Simplex and Era are the regular recruiters for civil engineers. They provide not much but appreciative salary which ranges from Rs. 60,000 to 2.4 lacs per annum. If you are a computer student, there is a good placement percentage from Microsoft. Almost 2.7% of the students from our branch got recruited, which is not much, but it is a good college. Top roles offered to th...

Well satisfied with the faculty of the college and campus.

Placements: The placements need to be improved but they are decent even now. Many companies like mahindra, hero etc. visit the college. About 80% students get placed. The average salary is about 7-8 Lacs per year. The top recruiting companies for my course that is Civil engineering is TCI, Khyber and many more. About 60-90 percent of students got placed in reputed companies. In short the college placement is good and best for every time.
