The education quality, the support of faculty members.
Placements: Placements are 100% every year. Premium companies like all the Big 4's, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, PayU, Hitachi, Yes Bank, ICICI, Outplay, Grant Thornton, Bosch, Brilio, Societe Generale, TCS, Accenture, Moody's, etc. All the domains get all types of employers.
Infrastructure: The campus provides a lot of facilities such as a library, computer labs, canteen, gym, TT room, sports room, wide classrooms, Wi-Fi, parking, finance club, HR club, operations & marketing club, E-cell, CSR club. SJIM conducts a lot of management fests, cultural events, sports, and celebrates every calendar event to give the best exposure to its students.
Faculty: All the faculty members are exceptionally well-qualified. There are at least 500+ faculty members in the entire college. The faculty members make sure to provide you with the easiest and best way to understand the subjects of their domain. We can interact with the teachers anytime; you can ask any questions, and they are always ready to give you answers. If you are shy to ask in class, you can go to their cabins and ask.

Faculty are the best part of SJIM.
Placements: The placement cell facilitates a good number of companies for recruitment. Students become eligible for placements from the end of the 4th semester. 95% of the students got placed last year. This year (2022 batch), the highest package offered is 21.6 LPA. The average salary is 6.75 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, TCS, Kaseya.
Infrastructure: Hostel Facilities: The hostel is situated 1km from the college campus in a calm and quiet residential area. Well-maintained rooms are available. The hostel is common for Commerce, Law, M.Com, and PGDM students. A play area and bike parking facility are provided. You will get vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food from the hostel mess. There are single and double-sharing rooms available in the hostel.
Faculty: The PGDM equivalent MBA program in this college offers dual specialization. The faculty-student ratio is healthy as we have 12-15 teachers for 180 students across 2 years. The faculty members are highly qualified industry experts as well as academicians.

My experience is very good and awesome here.
Placements: The campus placement is very good and last year 200 + companies visited our campus and offered over 600 offer letters to 360 students resulting in multiple placement opportunities. The average package last year was 7.5 lakhs per annum and the highest package was 35 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and meets industry standards. The hostel buildings are centralized and well-maintained. The college also provides a gym and music room for the recreation of the mind. Proper safety features are also there. They provide healthy and nutritious food to us and the menu is changed every week. Wi-Fi facility is also provided to students in the first year there is a double accommodation room and the room has an attached bathroom and is well-equipped with modern amenities. The registration process is very easy it is done by filling out the form at admission time.
Faculty: The course is very much driven by market standards. The curriculum is designed as per the needs of the market and what the current job standards demand from the student. The faculty has a good insight about the market so they help students to become fit for the industry. The faculty have a lot of experience in the market and have been in top managerial roles. Some of the faculty are very highly qualified e. g CFA and CEO. Exams here are not very difficult to pass. Class Size:- 47 Course Feels:-INR 465000 per year.

St. joseph institute of management.
Placements: The best package offered by recruiters will be 15 LPA. There is a separate placement coordinator in charge of handling all placement activities. They invite companies from various areas to take part in on-campus placement activities. We choose various roles depending on our interests.
Infrastructure: Our laboratories are well-maintained with a maximum number of devices, and they are serviced and maintained once a month. Nearly 39 buses run regularly from our college. High-quality food is served to us, and there are certain restrictions that are to be followed by our institute.
Faculty: Our teachers are experienced in their respective subjects. They clarify all our doubts without worrying about time. They prefer practical-oriented sessions rather than classroom teaching. They teach all the concepts clearly and without any confusion.

Highly recommended PGDM institute .
Placements: For finance, 100% students got placement atleast in one company. I will describe my placement journey in first year I selected in Morgan Stanley for 3-month summer internship programme. After completing first year, I got many interview opportunities but in fourth attempt, I selected an Oracle solution for staff consultant profile. One student gets atleast least seven interview opportunities from placement department. Packages are different of all companies 3.2 is minimum package offered by Shriram Finance, & 12 LPA is maximum package offered by Deloitte.
Infrastructure: The college campus is a good example of creative beauty without harming the environment. Trees keep the campus building refreshed, and without AC, there is good air circulation in classrooms. In hostels and on campus, Wi-Fi is available but if many students are connected, browsing speed decreases. Classrooms have amenities like digital boards, projectors, benches, AC, and fans. The library has a good seating arrangement, and many MBAs and other books are also available. The college hostel is decent but expensive so I prefer PG. There are many PGs available in the surrounding colonies; a minimum 15k is rent + room + laundry; all services are good.
Faculty: Teachers of our college have many years of experience, which reflects in there teaching. Teaching quality is traditional; just read some theory and declare the end of the syllabus. Teachers done there Masters in management in NIT & IIM. finance course has demand in curriculum; our subjects are liquidity, money flow, financial analysis, etc. Semester exams are difficult every semester. There are 4 exams: 2 east for 10–10 marks, one before exam test for 20 marks and one final test for 80 marks All need to score at atleast 35 percent.
Other: The only thing I would like to change is the hike in fees and the high hostel fees.

The most underrated college.
Placements: Overall placement is good. Most companies come for the marketing branch, then finance, then our HR branch. For HR branch Accenture, Infosys BPM, Citrix, Forcia and many other companies come. I placed it in Accenture; the package is between 4 and 14 LPA. The college offers internships for industrial exposure We can do a 3- or 6-month internship. college placement cell works hard to bring all companies together; they have big network of alumni in industry.
Infrastructure: The institute building is planned in gray; it looks beautiful from the outside. The campus area is very clean. In the cleaning department, women clean the premises every day. You may face difficulties because Bangalore has a huge traffic issue. The college has an auditorium, study area, gym, library, computer lab, and indoor and outdoor sports grounds. The college hostel rooms are spacious; 3 students share one room B.Ed cupboard, hot water, and all facilities are from the hostel side. No medical facility expects some first aid kits.
Faculty: The institute has a special team for placement training. Our MBA HR has 9 faculty members who are very supportive. They have done there MBA at reputed colleges and have some corporate experience. Every company needs HR for resource location, cost control, and recruitment. We can easily enter the industry. The course is to make us industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult; they are easy to pass and need at least 30 marks in the final term exam.
Other: Events are frequently organized sports, and festivals are the most popular events. It is for 2 weeks, many days, and fun activities conducted by the college.
