ST. Teresa's College in Ernakulam.
Placements: Mostly all our alumni were working in various fields such as assistant professors, guest lecturers, and some other government postings. In spite of all this, placement training and placement drives were conducted once a week. Also, the highest salary pay offered by recruiters was 13.5 Lacs.
Infrastructure: Considering the needs of the students and the university norms, all the facilities were arranged in our college. Only a limited number of seats were available for every single department. The open auditorium and closed auditorium are located on the campus. The closed auditorium was capable of handling 1,000 students at a time.
Faculty: Students must obey the teachers' orders; otherwise, we were punished strictly. We weren’t allowed to involve ourselves in activities like protests or ragging, which would result in suspension. If we had different opinions, we would convey them to the teachers, and they would help us execute them.

Best college for M.A. in English.
Placements: The college conducted campus recruitment drives and placement interviews. The highest salary offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was 5 LPA. About 89% of the students in our study found employment after graduation. Employment was a requirement for this college, and it greatly increased our productivity. Leading recruiting firms included Sutra HR, Michael Page, and Randstad. The top positions available were technical writer, content editor, and others.
Infrastructure: The material complements the center block and artwork well. The scientific divide seems to have vanished long ago. Canteens are good, and Wi-Fi is provided for free. Smart classrooms exist, and a huge library is offered. All snacks and food are reasonably priced. The university's opinion is mediocre. The cuisine is bad, and the hotels are mediocre. The hotel rooms are paced.
Faculty: The professors at St. Teresa's are incredibly kind and sympathetic. They are skilled educators who greatly aided us in their instruction by using PowerPoints and other visual aids. The curriculum is good, and the course syllabus is updated frequently to reflect competitive tests. Semester examinations are easy, with a 76% pass rate. Study excursions are often held by the department.

College campus was always active and filled with different programs
Placements: Campus Placements are great. Most of the students get placed by they are in mid third year. Companies like Microsoft, SAP, Fivetran are top paying companies that visit the campus. More than 90% of students get placed by the end of their course. Highest packages offered are in the 60-70 LPA range, offered by Microsoft and Fivetran this year. The placement drive starts from 4th semester onwards and many students get their PPO during their internships itself.
Infrastructure: The campus life was really awesome. There wasn't a single day without some kind of program happening in our college. The college gives great importance to cultural fests as a result. We took the overall championship in most of the Kalotsavams(State level]. The college's most awaited fest happens in November, The Teresian week, where every year competes for the title. This is a 6-day fest with 3 days offstage and 3 days onstage events. There are around 13 clubs, Student Union, and different cells like IQAC, Grievance cell, Disciple Anti-Ragging & Deaddiction cell, Minority monitoring cell & Counselling Cell. The 13 clubs and the Student Union is run by the Students under the mentoring of professors, whereas the different cell is under the leadership of teaching staff which selected Student members are a part. The library has a diverse collection of both academic and non-academic books, covering a wide range of subjects. It also has a number of online resources.
Faculty: Faculty to student ratio is approximately 1:20. The faculties are all Ph.D holders or pursuing their Ph D. Super friendly and always eager to help. There are some good professors like my counsellor Somesh Nandi, the most chill and helpful guy ever. There are total four exams each semester- three CIEs and 1 SEE.

The discipline in this college is the best and the studies are outstanding.
Placements: The students are eligible for campus placement after completing the 5th semester. Companies like Bajaj Finance and Tata Power visit for recruitment. The highest package at my college is 30 Lacs per annum, and the average is 7 Lacs per annum. To be eligible for placement, students must clear all subjects. I am confident I will secure a placement before completing my degree.
Infrastructure: College events are conducted in the even semesters. Sports Day and Fine Arts are celebrated together, while Association Day is observed among departments. Festival days like Onam and Pongal are celebrated by staff and students. Freshers' Day and Farewell are organized by the students. Being in Tamil Nadu, the library features many Tamil scholars' books alongside works by famous English authors. Subject-related and entrance exam books are available. The classrooms are spacious, cool, and fresh.
Faculty: The course spans six semesters, with nine subjects per semester. Specializations include HRM, Marketing, Finance, and International Business. The marking scheme is 70/30, with 30 marks for practical work and 70 marks for exams. All college members are supportive, and students interact positively. Everyone is encouraged equally, regardless of their seniority.

The admission limit for PG courses is around $100 per course. Computers and projectors are available in all classrooms.
Faculty: Most of the teachers at St. Teresa's College are highly qualified and have specialized knowledge. The faculty members are helpful and polite. The teaching quality is good. Two exams are held every semester. The pass percentage is 33%. If we follow the previous year's questions, we can score well during the exam.
