The college doesn't provide the life you expect, you have to work for that.
Placements: There is a placement cell in the college where the staff help us in every way to get placed. Even though it depends on our skills to get placed. In my batch, 25% students got placed in one way or another. The main recruiting companies are TCS and VVDN etc.
Infrastructure: There are all basic facilities that a college needs, and the college is situated in a calm natural environment where the mother nature itself provides a good atmosphere. The canteen and cafeteria are average and the facilities for games are there but are limited.
Faculty: The teachers have good helping mentality and all of them are qualified with good teaching experience. Ultimately, the college has a system that makes the students ready to battle. Semester exams are easy if you followed the teacher's regular instruction.
Other: It's a self-financing college so in one way or another the system works as private school. So same as in private school, here also there are some rules. So, choose wisely and don't regret after selecting this college.

Overall, a satisfactory experience made possible by good faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: 15% of the students in the electronics and communication branch were placed in the year 2021. The top recruiting company for ECE was Tata Consultancy Services. Most offered position for ECE students was System Engineer, System Analyst along with various others.
Infrastructure: All amenities and facilities provided are of excellent quality. Well-equipped classrooms, labs and libraries are provided with tools for virtual learning. Accommodation facilities are satisfactory. The canteen provides varieties of food of nutritional value and good quality. Ample sports facilities are available like Cricket and Soccer field, table tennis and badminton equipment, etc.
Faculty: All the teachers and staff are well qualified and committed to providing the best learning experience for students. The curriculum provides students with theoretical knowledge to step into the industry but in terms of practical skills needed to survive in the fast-paced and competitive environment, the curriculum is far from adequate. The examinations are moderately difficult and partly challenging to test the examinee thoroughly.
Other: I was passionate about engineering since middle school which lead to me choosing it as a career path. The curriculum should include aspects that develop the entrepreneurial and creative side of the students. Many events and fests of cultural and academic importance were conducted. Extra-curricular activities are actively promoted. Scholarships are offered to eligible students.

A good college to learn and become someone in life.
Placements: The college placement cell was okay. About 50 to 60% of people in our batch got placed. The lowest package was around 4 LPA, and the highest was around 7 LPA. The top companies were TCS, Wipro, GICE, and Poornam. All students got a one-month break for internships; many went to different companies, such as Keltro. Top roles were software developer, web developer, and technical support.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure and facilities were good. We were provided with internet service, and the labs and classrooms were also good. The library had most of the books for reference. Hostel facilities were provided but were not the best quality. The canteen was okay and worth the price of the food.
Faculty: The faculty was awesome, very supportive and friendly, and responded to every doubt we had on the subject. Faculty also helped a lot with projects. The syllabus is not the best; it doesn't make us industry-ready. It gives you a base in programming languages; the rest you have to work on yourself. Semester exams are moderately difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I have been interested in computers and technology since childhood. I would say that changing the syllabus to make students job-ready would be helpful. Events such as Techfest, arts, sports, and Onam and Christmas celebrations were held. The events and fests are grand celebrations and a memorable experience.

I'm dissatisfied with tutors and placements.
Placements: Less percentage of students got placed in our college. Top recruiting companies were Tata Consultancy Service, Wipro, Infosys, Byju's, and Capgemini. Placement cell was not up to expectations. Placement officer was doing a great job.
Infrastructure: Our college had a good infrastructure but was not big. Facilities provided in our college were average. The canteen can accommodate more than 200 students. Food served in the canteen was average. It served rice and curry on most days and biryani on Fridays. Hostel facilities were pathetic.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were assistant professors who were willing to gain experience. Tutors were good, but the way of teaching was not good. Exams were conducted simultaneously. Students couldn't gain practical knowledge at this college.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, really good infrastructure and facilities etc.
Placements: 25% of students got placed in several IT companies with great starting salaries. Most of the students were placed in the CSE department because most of the companies are programming-based or IT companies. Some students from mechanical and other three branches got placed in Byju's.
Infrastructure: Literally, I didn't know about the hostel, because my home is near to the college. The food is the best food at a cheap rate from our canteen. In one year there are two semesters, in the odd semester their conduct sports and games, and in the even semester their conduct arts.
Faculty: The exam difficult is all about universities. KTU is the university. The teachers are maximum try to teach us maximum. They are taking all effort to pass the students and also there are some university toppers from st Thomas college. Teaching facilities and teaching faculty members are awesome.
Other: It is an average campus. There will be conduct arts, holy, valentines day programs, and other programs. Also, there will have some scholarships and so many students got the scholarships.
