KEAM 2025 Dates: CEE has released the KEAM exam date 2025. The computer-based test of KEAM 2025 will be held from April 24 to 28, 2025. However, the authorities have kept April 22, 23, 29 and 30, 2025, as buffer days in case of unforeseen events. More details will be released with the KEAM 2025 notification and the KEAM application form can be expected anytime soon now. KEAM includes an entrance exam for undergraduate (UG) engineering and pharmacy admissions, as well as a centralized admission process (CAP counselling) for UG medical, agriculture, forestry, veterinary, fisheries, and architecture courses. Candidates aspiring for BTech and BPharm programs must take the KEAM entrance exam, while other candidates can directly participate in KEAM counselling (CAP) after registering for KEAM.

KEAM 2025 exam will be held in computer-based test mode for admission to UG engineering and pharmacy courses only. Candidates will be admitted to various Kerela colleges approved by the Central and State Regulatory Bodies, Universities and Government via KEAM. Q:   When will the KEAM application be available online?

A:

KEAM 2025 application form will be out soon. The process to apply for KEAM is, first, to complete the KEAM 2025 registration by providing the basic details and creating an application number and password to login at various stages of admission. Next, candidates had to complete the fill the online application form. In the next step, candidates need to pay the online application fee as applicable with the available mode of payment. Thereafter, the candidates had to upload scanned images and certificates. Finally, as the final step of the application process, candidates had to print the submitted online form and keep it safe with them.

The KEAM 2025 exam dates have been announced. The authorities will conduct the KEAM 2025 examination from April 24 to 28, 2025. Q:   What is the mode of KEAM exam?

A:

KEAM exam has moved on to the online CBT mode from 2024 onwards. The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations has received approval from the government of Kerala to conduct KEAM in CBT mode. KEAM exam pattern has been changed and KEAM 2025 will be held in computer based test mode and there will be one paper. The KEAM entrance exam for engineering courses will consist of 150 questions, with Mathematics having 75 questions, Physics having 45 questions and Chemistry having 30 questions. Candidates will have 180 minutes to complete the exam. For candidates appearing for KEAM BPharm ONLY, the entrance exam will have 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry, to be completed within 90 minutes. Each correct answer will fetch candidates four marks, while every incorrect answer will result in a deduction of one mark.

KEAM 2025 Exam Date

KEAM entrance exam will be held from April 24 to 28, 2025, in Kerela, Mumbai, New Delhi and Dubai. The online CBT entrance test is held for admission to engineering courses at various colleges in Kerela that are approved by the Central and State Regulatory Bodies, Universities and Government. In KEAM questions are asked from Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.  KEAM will not have two papers anymore. There will be one paper. The engineering aspirants have to attempt the Maths, Physics, and Chemistry sections of the paper while the BPharm aspirants have to attempt the Physics and Chemistry section of the paper.

Q:   Do I need to appear for both the papers of KEAM?

A:

There is no paper 1 or paper 2 in KEAM anymore. As per the revised KEAM exam pattern to be followed from 2024 onwards, KEAM will not have two papers anymore. There will be one paper. The KEAM engineering candidates have to attempt a total of 150 questions. Mathematics will have 75 questions, Physics will have 45 questions and Chemistry will have 30 questions to be answered in 180 minutes. For KEAM BPharm ONLY candidates, the Entrance Examination will have a total of 75 questions; 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry to be answered in 90 minutes. For each correct response, candidates will be awarded FOUR marks, and for each incorrect response, ONE mark will be deducted.

Q:   What is the duration of KEAM exam?

As per the revised KEAM exam pattern, KEAM engineering exam will be hedl for a duration of 180 minutes and the BPharm paper will be held for a duration of 90 minutes. Candidayes have to appear for Phyics, Chemistry and Maths for engineering exam and for only Phyics and Chemistry for the Bphar paper.

KEAM 2025 application dates: CEE Kerala releases the KEAM 2025 application form in online mode only. Candidates must submit the application form within the given timelines.

KEAM 2025 hall ticket downloading date: The hall ticket of KEAM 2025 is issued to all registered candidates in online mode. Candidates can download the KEAM hall ticket 2025 till the exam day. However, candidates must take one or more printouts of the hall ticket for future reference.

Q:   Is there any form correction window for KEAM? What are the dates for the same?

KEAM 2025 application form correction window will open after the form submission process is over. The form correction window opens for corrections and verifications of Name, Signature and Photograph. Candidates who have submitted online applications for KEAM-2025 can correct their Photo, Signature and Name online at KEAM 2025 official website by logging in using their KEAM Application Number and Password. Those candidates, who have any defects in their Photo, and Signature can view the defects by clicking the menu item Memo details provided on the profile page. Candidates can rectify the defects in their Photo and Signature by uploading the correct Photo/Signature. Candidates who have defects in their Name can inform the matter through e-mail as provided on the official website before the deadline.

KEAM 2025 Dates: Post Exam Events

KEAM 2025 answer key dates: The CEE Kerala releases the KEAM answer keys on the official website. Candidates can raise objections against the KEAM 2025 answer key by sending their objections to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations along with supporting documents and a fee of INR 100 per question by way of DD drawn in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram, by post or hand delivery.

KEAM 2025 result date: CEE Kerala publishes the result on the official website. The KEAM result can be checked by using their application number and password. CEE Kerala also publishes the rank list of KEAM 2025 after the window to enter class 12 marks by qualified candidates is closed. The engineering rank list is prepared giving equal weightage (50:50) to the marks obtained in the KEAM entrance exam and class 12 marks. 

KEAM counselling 2025 dates: The KEAM counselling is held in online mode only. Candidates who qualify for the exam counselling can seek admission into the participating colleges.

Q:   When will CEE Kerala announce KEAM counselling dates?

A:

KEAM 2025 counselling schedule will be announced after the result is out. CEE will hold the KEAM counselling online only. Through KEAM 2025 counselling, candidates can seek admission into the KEAM participating colleges. Eligible candidates will be allotted seats through KEAM counselling 2025 on the basis of the KEAM rank list, marks data entered and availability of seats in a particular college. KEAM 2025 seat allotment is done through a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) based on the ranks obtained by candidates in the entrance test. Candidates who receive an allotment letter should remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) payable to CEE in any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment. After the KEAM 2025 counselling rounds, the online mop-up round is conducted for vacant seats.

Q:   When will the result of KEAM exam be declared?

A:

CEE will release KEAM 2025 normalised scores on June 2025 and the rank list in July 2025. CEE Kerala publishes the result on the official website. CEE Kerala also publishes the rank list of KEAM after entering class 12 marks by qualified candidates. The KEAM result can be checked by using their application number and password. Based on KEAM scores and qualifying exam scores, the KEAM rank list is prepared. The rank lists PDF for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science / B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS will be published separately as PDF in the coming days. Q:   When will the final KEAM answer key release?

A:

The dates regarding the release of final answer key release is yet to be announced. To challenge, candidates can follow the steps below: 1. Submit in writing about the challenge to the CEE along with supporting documents. 2. With it, attach a DD of INR 100 per question in favour of CEE, payable at Thiruvananthapuram, within 5 days from the date of publication of the answer keys on the website of the CEE. If the complaint filed is found to be genuine, the fee remitted while filing the complaint will be refunded. Complaints received after the stipulated date and without the requisite fee will not be considered under any circumstances. Complaints received by E-mail/Fax will not be considered on any account. The objection window is made available on the official website after the release of answer keys for KEAM. Submitted objections are scrutinized by the expert committee at CEE. The authorities will then release the KEAM final answer key. The final answer keys released will not be subjected to any revision. The decision made will be final. No further objections will be entertained on the same. Based on the final answer key, KEAM result shall be calculated.

A:

The last date to challenge KEAM answer key will be announced. CEE releases the KEAM answer key online in PDF format. The provisional KEAM answer key is also made available for challenges. After the challenges are received, they are scrutinised and a final KEAM answer key is released. To challenge, candidates can follow the steps below:

  • Submit in writing about the challenge to the CEE along with supporting documents.
  • With it, attach a DD of INR 100 per question in favour of CEE, payable at Thiruvananthapuram, within 5 days from the date of publication of the answer keys on the website of the CEE.

If the complaint filed is found to be genuine, the fee remitted while filing the complaint will be refunded. Q:   When will the authority open the KEAM login window to verify class 12 marks?

A:

The authority will open the KEAM login for submission/verification of class 12 marks online for those candidates who have qualified in KEAM . The dates for the same will be announced in due course. The KEAM rank list is prepared based on marks of qualifying exam marks and KEAM marks. The weightage of the qualifying exam marks and KEAM marks varies for rank lists PDF for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science/ B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS Equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the score obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering (Paper I & Paper II put together), and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together, after effecting the standardization procedure.

Generally, KEAM is required for B.E. / B.Tech at SCET, but the case is different for management quota. NRI quota has a special case. If you are an NRI candidate and you have completed your eligibility criteria in academics, you can get admission without KEAM. Official website: sahridaya.ac.in.

The KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) result does not correspond to a college. Rather, it is the result of the state-level entrance exam, and it publishes the results for all the engineering colleges in Kerala, including Royal College of Engineering and Technology (RCET).
