Placements: Students who have a minimum of 60% in academics will get admission here. The lowest salary offered here is Rs. 50,000 per month, while the average salary offered is Rs. 70,000 per month. Jaro Education is the top recruiter which visit our college to recruit students. The highest salary package of 7 LPA was offered by Jaro Education. Above 60% of students did internships in ITC company.

Placements: STEP-HBTI Kanpur follows a cluster system instead of a day system for placement wherein companies are categorised by function/industry/sector instead of the salary package offered or brand. The college doesn't focus on achieving 100% placements. Its purpose is to provide the best jobs.

Placements: Placement of our seniors are very excellent 90%student got the job from the college and the highest salary was 8 lakh and the lowest was 4 Lacs. They got a good role in the famous company with the highest package. Mostly all first year student got the internship from the college.

Placements: Placements of the college for the year 2016-18 were a bit improved as compared to the previous years. The placement coordinator was Dr Satish Chandra Ojha was really an active person and also helps to attract many companies for the placements. Companies such as Airtel was a very vital attraction, but the companies that visited for the students of HR domain were very less. Most of the companies offered for marketing positions.

Placements: The placement records of the college are very bad. No company visits here for a placement drive, and even the college is not interested in inviting any company. If any company wants to come for placements, they reject or refuse to call them as the college is not even capable of bearing the expenses of placement drives.

Placements: Placements here were quite good. Companies hired the students from our college in a considerable number. Induction programs were excellent to explore the possibility of getting selected. Lots of companies were in the pipeline for the placement programs. Generally, they manage open campus placements. Our college also invites start-ups.

The average package of my senior batch was 3.5LPA, and the highest package was 7LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. JustDail, ITC, Jaro education, Vishal Mega Mart and many others companies visited the campus last year. Management trainee, sale trainee, HR executive kind of roles were offered to the students. Every student got an internship from the college.

The roles offered are management trainees, business development executive, etc. internship programs of the college are good, but they are unpaid. 30-40% of the students got an internship from the college others have to manage on their own.

The company which offered the highest package is zero one technology, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Although the ITC increased its reputation, and they have lack of IT industry. We need some IT industries like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, which suits it's level, name and fame.

The highest package for us is 6.6 lakhs per annum, the lowest is 2.5 lakhs per annum, and the average is 4.5 lakhs per annum. They try to bring maximum companies or they go for pool campus. There are students in our batch also who got placed. The roles were offered according to their specializations. About 70% people got an internship from the college.
