The crowd is amazing, he prepare for placements, the faculty was average and no facilities at all.

Faculty: The teachers mostly read books and they are not that knowledgeable. We have to put effort into studying and the curriculum is very old so it is irrelevant in today's context. The semester exams are tough but the pass percentage is good around 95%.

I am not satisfied with placements and faculty members of this college.

Placements: Placements were very good. Top recruiting companies visited our college to hire students for banks, sales, and marketing roles. No company visited our college for the HR domain. Only 50% of students got placed in this course.

This college is a good choice as HBTI is renowned. It is a top MBA college in UP.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and qualified. But you need to do some other online courses to improve your skills for a better career. As this is not completely a private college, so it works as per the UPTU syllabus. It does not have its own syllabus. The pass percentage is more than average. For semester exams, you can prepare from the past few years' papers for practice purposes.

Satisfied with the college considering the fee.

Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. There are classrooms for teachers to teach students using presentations. They focus on books, case studies and sometimes provide other materials for study. The curriculum can make some students industry-ready.

It is a good college in terms of fees.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and their teaching quality was also good. The course curriculum won't make students ready for the industry as they basically focus on the classroom and do not focus on providing outside industry exposure. The guidance provided by the teachers is very good. One of the best teachers is Puri sir.

There is good placement in STEP-HBTI with highly educated faculty.

Faculty: There are very highly educated faculty in STEP-HBTI. Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They are very knowledgeable. Best faculty for MBA. They are focusing on teaching Case study and just not only books, which gives us more knowledge about the industry or situation we are going to face in future. So it's helpful for us as well. The faculty is 10 out of 10.

Average placements. Needs a lot of improvement in infrastructure and faculty.

Faculty: The college faculty is not so good, they never come to students' rescue whenever they need them. Faculty always play the blame game with their students. As far as studies are concerned they never provide us with the notes and everything, they leave everything on the students.

Students can pursue an MBA at a low fee structure from this reputed college.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, qualified, knowledgeable and also supportive. Their teaching is based on PPTs and books. The course is relevant to the curriculum, but students should be provided with more live projects and practical knowledge to become industry-ready.

Faculty members are not keen enough to deliver their lectures in the best way.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful to students. They are also qualified as they all mostly did their PhD in the subject, so they are knowledge. Their quality is teaching is also good. This course is good enough to provide students with exposure to various industries.

Satisfied by the fees and corresponding placement.

Faculty: The teachers at step hbti are very helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is excellent. The teachers used projectors as well as a board for teaching. There is an equal ratio of male and female teachers. We get industry exposure as well.

Satisfied with the college considering the fee.

Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and helpful. They use projectors while teaching. We get real-life knowledge instead of bookish knowledge from most of the teachers, which is quite a good thing. The student-teacher ratio is 45:1. MBA students don't get industry exposure, but we can learn a lot during internships. Overall, the course curriculum is useful.

It is an average college. I am not satisfied because of its infrastructure.

Faculty: The college has good faculty members. They are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching method of every teacher is good. The college has a good student to faculty ratio. However, as a first-year student, I have not received any industry exposure yet. The course curriculum is useful.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure, and good placements.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are awesome. They all are well educated and have an additional degree. They taught us many things apart from the subjects. Our college also conducts many seminars.
