The college provides very good facilities and placement opportunities for all students.

Placements: In total, about 80-85% of the students got placed in the last passing out batch. The highest salary package offered is 10-11 LPA and the minimum salary package offered is about 2-2.5 LPA. Majority of students get placed with the average salary package of 3-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Nagarro, RAMY Infotech, etc. Top roles offered in our course are web developer, data scientist, etc. Almost 85 to 90% of the students got an internship from our course in companies li...

The college has a good crowd, faculty members and infrastructure. Placements are average.

Placements: Placements for courses like electrical, computer science and information technology are good, but placement opportunities are very less for mechanical engineering. Out of 60 students, only 3 to 4 students got placed through campus placements. Almost every student in CS and IT branches gets placed. Companies like SML, Sufi, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc., visited our college to recruit students. The highest salary package offered till now is 9 LPA. A placement cell is available in our college to he...

The review of Panjab University SSG Regional Centre.

Placements: The core industries like Infosys, Quark, and some MNCs like Sufi and Netsolutions hire the students from the institute. Almost all the students got placed from the college. It is ranked among the best universities in India for technical education. The students enrol from all over India. It has the well-established placement cell, which is dealing with other colleges for pool campus placements and other inter-college activities.

Absolutely good college, worth a try if you are serious in engineering.

Placements: Average placements, but a good platform for CSE, IT. 90% of CSE IT get placements. Students get a lot of chances, and they are also eligible to sit in joint placement held in Chandigarh. Not too good for mechanical. Company arrives rarely for mechanical engineers.

Really good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements were not that great during the time I left but over the years the training and placement call has actually been doing a good job especially when it comes to the IT sector. Good companies have been visiting campus year by year. A lot of new companies are expected to be there for next placement season.

PUSSGRC is neither a good college nor bad.

Placements: The placements are okayish. No company come for placement here. You have to go to UIET Chandigarh for engineering placement drives. TPC students are not that much helpful, as they don't pass relevant information after a student is placed. Around 85% of the students get placed in a position of developers and management roles. If you think you deserve better than the company that is coming, try for off-campus placement.

College is fine, but poor placements and no enough hostel rooms.

Placements: There were no placements for the mechanical engineering. The placements are only offered for the computer science students and IT students. A few placements for the electronic engineering students are provided. Most of the students from our college are now jobless. Choose wisely before going to this college because this is your future, career and your entire life.

It is not good for 2013 batch, but have heard from junior batch that it turned out good later.

Placements: Our batch has no placements since the strikes were conducted among the campus against the director. Other than that the placements are done with Punjab University, and it usually clocks to around 100% for the students who want to pursue job further in life. The university has a tie-up with Infosys with the first shot of placement. Finding internship was difficult back then since TPO was not active.

If you get the opportunity to be in this college, you surely will have a bright future.

Placements: About 70% of the students were placed. The highest package offered was about 9 lakhs. The lowest package offered bieng 3.5 Lacs. On an average, most of the students get 4.5 Lacs package. Infosys, Deloitte, Smart Cubes, Ola, Jugnoo and many other companies visit the college. We do have a training and placement cell to look after the campus placements.

Value for money. Better than taking admission in private colleges. Family-type bonding.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. In our batch, almost every student of CSE, IT, and ECE was placed. The placements are mostly held in UIET, Chandigarh where students from our college are also allowed but not in every company. Infosys is an MNC that allows students of our college. Other students can also participate in the central placement organised by the university.

A place where you can learn with a smile.

Placements: The placements are average with a lot of startups visiting the campus. There is always an advantage of working in a startup and getting knowledge about various domains. The placement team is comprised of dedicated students guided by a well-experienced faculty guide.

Good faculty, infrastructure and facilities but not so good course curriculum and placement.

Placements: The placements in the CSE and IT branch are pretty good and almost 100% as compared to ECE and mechanical. The average salary offered was Rs. 3.5 to 4.0 LPA and the highest salary offered was Rs. 7.0 lpa in the off-campus placement to a student of CSE branch. Various companies that visit our college campus are Infosys, Zycus, AscentX, Sufi, GreyB, etc.

PUSSGRC, a good destination for a hard working student.

Placements: Placements for the CS and IT branches are pretty good but very low for mechanical and ECE branches. The college staff members are working on it. They are developing more skills in the students so they can get placed easily in CS and IT branches. 70 to 95 percent students are placed but in mechanical and ECE, 30 to 50 percent are placed with an average salary of above 5 lakhs per year last year. The highest paid student was from the CS branch and the company was offering him 13.5 lakhs for a 6-mo...

A poor campus with a great teaching unit

Placements: There were no placements given to anyone in our senior batch. All had to work on their own. There was no internship and placement provided to us as well. No placement cell is placed on the campus. Though moot courts were held, there were no further participations.

Developing college with lots of potential

Placements: Students play the most important role in TPC. I was also a part of the same team. But the placement of mechanical branch in the core companies was not that good. I got placed in a patent industry. The highest package offered to our seniors was about 6 lacs. But the average salary of students comes to around 3 lacs.

Still in a developing stage.

Placements: The placements are not as good as the name of Panjab University. Only less than 50 percent of the batch got placed and that too mostly in the IT companies. The core branch companies seldom come to our campus. The only company which comes every year is Infosys and that too not for mechanical. The lowest package was 2 lakhs per annum and the highest was 4 lakhs per annum. The internship is mostly free. Some internships were paid and only those in which the students were placed.

Everything is just fake here. The faculty members are not up to the mark, the infrastructure is very poor , and the fee amount is excessively high. There is no placement facility and no wifi facility after the amount was charged. There are also no moot courts, no AC library, no AC rooms , and even no teacher-student channel to resolve queries of the students and assess the college's working. The transparency is something like zero here, and there is also no exposure of outside world with veteran...

Panjab University is known to be the best university in the country at the moment. The colleges affiliated to this university are very good as well, either be the colleges affiliated to it or its regional campuses. So is our college. The college is known to be under PU since 2006. The campus is spread over area of 12 acres. As every college is it comprises of hostels for girls and boys, co-curricular activities hall/auditorium, and various other sports related fields like Basketball court, Footb...

The college has good faculty members. Study environment is also good. Crowd is amazing in this college and teachers are always available to help and give extra classes. Hostel facilities are awesome. Everything is approachable and campus is very safe. Infrastructure is very good. But it's on the outskirts of the city so it's difficult to get to the city.

College has good infrastructure. Location is not so good and in terms of education its average. Faculty and staff are both very supportive. Best part of this college is that it is affiliated to panjab university Chandigarh as we all are aware that Panjab University has a very reputed image.
