The infrastructure is really good with a good college life.

Placements: The placements are really good here in Symbiosis. According to me, 25000 was the minimum they got. Last time, 80% got placed. The average salary was 15,000/month. The college gives interview training sessions where they teach each and everything about interview things. Guest lectures are also there.

SIT is underrated because Pune University casts its shadow.

Placements: Mostly CS companies come for placement. 50-60% get placed. No placement for civil students as of now. Good companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Google did not come this year. IBM, Mobile Nerd, Dell, L&T, Netcracker etc. came this year. L&T took about 20 students but on a bond of 2 years.

Awesome college to be in, with a lot of exposure.

Placements: Placements for computer science and information technology are almost 100%, while for other branches, it's average. We have a 6 months internship semester which is very beneficial for placements and helps build our practical skills and knowledge. Highest package offered was around 26 lakhs by Rakuten, a Japanese company and the lowest package is 2.4 lakh. The average package is around 4 to 4.5 lakhs for CS - IT branch. Placements offered are having technical as well as management roles. Many b...

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: - Placements were good and companies of the middle and higher tier were invited for placements. - 70 % on an average were placed. - Few of the companies that visited were Nvidia, Amazon, Infosys, Harbinger, QED42. - The highest package was 8 LPA and the average was 3.8 LPA. - Most of them were IT-related roles and a few were others for non-IT branches such as production and the automobile domain.

The college is decent because of the infrastructure and the education provided.

Placements: About 20% of the students got placed in the senior batch. Most of the students sit in the CSE group placements. Many MNCs approaches the college for placement and highest package in the college is about 10 LPA. Internship can be done in 2 ways.

It is a good college if your main focus is on extracurricular as compared to academics. The college is still in its formative stage and it will take some time to grow and improve. There are good placements from many companies but the selection is more only in the CS/IT branch. Being a college in Pune, it provides us with the oppertunity to be in touch with many other college fests and functions as well.

Symbiosis has one of the most beautiful college campuses in India. You have a market where you get all your necessities, a barber shop, snakes shops and practically whatever you require in your day to day life. Not all faculty members are well-qualified. Placements are average. Most of the companies come for CS/IT. However, there is scope if you have good knowledge.

The engineering college of symbiosis is very new to people as it was started only a few years ago and it will need time to establish itself. Since it is a new college there is room for improvement in every aspect. The infrastructure is very good. The cleanliness and maintenance of campus, hostel and mess are noteworthy. Well-set sewage treatment plants. Beautiful location and campus. Good inter-disciplinary elective options. No nuisance of ragging and bullying.

The college has a good academic structure and is well complemented by the scenic location. It has outstanding facilities for sports and extra-curricular activities including gym, pool, cricket grounds etc. There are a lot of hang-out places like restaurants, Café Coffee Day etc. which is an added advantage. The canteen food is also good with a variety of cuisines available to please the taste buds. The close proximity to SIBM (Pune) gives access to world class facilities present in there as well...

When it comes to Symbiosis the brand name itself speaks for itself. The campus is truly beautiful and consist of all the facilities to make campus life amazing. The quality of teaching and evaluation is very high. Faculty members are always ready to help in any way possible. The placements are great both in terms of job description and salary package. A student looking for career as an engineer must go for it.

A very average college with high fee structure. Campus and infrastructure is good, wish the faculty were that good. Administrative management sucks all the time. Hostel is awesome. Full of fun. I joined here just because I didn't get a decent college. Join here only if all the doors are closed and you desperately need a college.

It is a good college and one need to seek admission here. Nice campus, hilarious top view adds to its beauty. Faculty is new and impressive. The food in canteen is good and the crazy hilltop campus makes it lavishing. The curriculum that college follows is great.

Bad - 90% of the teachers are of little use in Electronics. - Fees is high. Good - Location, infrastructure is also great but what's the use when you are paying so much and not getting quality education. I did B.Tech in Electronics and telecommunications and in the course of 4 years they even didn't teach us full form of GSM.

Apart from the IITs, NITs, BITS and a couple of autonomous and private colleges, there really is no difference in the level of engineering education imparted in Indian colleges. It's all terrible, and that's how it was in Symbiosis Institute of Technology. But I had a great learning experience, it is possible to get a good education anywhere. One needs to take the initiative to educate oneself and leverage the college resources and teachers. SIT has a great library, awesome Workshop and some goo...

The college seems to be very good as they brand the institute under the name of Symbiosis International University but honestly the standards are really different. SIT doesn't force upon practical knowledge. They are least bothered about the students’ future. The only criteria by which a student is evaluated is only based upon his/her marks. The labs are not well maintained. Some of the teachers lack their knowledge in particular subjects. SIT is a below average college. The placements are not a...

Its a college which is still in its beggining years.Apart from the brand name the college doesn't have a lot to offer. The quality of education is average whereas they dont even support extra curricular activities. The director lacks a vision & recruitment drive is badly organised. The job profile for which the companies come for recruitment is not made fully aware to the students & if u get selected then you are not allowed to sit for anything else as well.

It is a decent college with a good reputation.

Placements: 20-30% of my batchmates got placed before leaving college. Many of us didn't sit for placement interviews since we had planned on going abroad for our master's studies. The top recruiting companies were Infosys and Tata Motors. In our sixth semester, it's compulsory for every student to take up an internship. So, it's safe to say more than 95% of us got an internship. The top role offered was that of an associate product manager.
