UG Diploma	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and English with above mention marks in aggregate from recognised Board. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.
ANM	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science/Arts and English with above mention marks in aggregate from recognised Board. Candidate, who have qualified in 10+2 Arts or science examination conducted by National Institute of Open school can also apply. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.
GNM	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science/Arts and English or with English in Vocational stream Health Care Science with the above mentioned marks from a recoganized board/centre. Reserved Category candidates must be obtained 35% marks. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.

Registered ANM with 40% marks and medically fit.
ANM	Candidate must be 17 years old and not more than 35 years old as on 31-12-2023.
UG Diploma	Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognised board.
