Biomedical Engineering, the department faculty is very good. Almost everyone has/is pursuing a PhD in varied fields of biomedical engineering. The students come from different backgrounds and locations from all over India to study here. TSEC offers great cultural, academic and other mandatory engineering college experiences. An illustrious alumni and faculty along with the experiences it offers is a pride of the college.

Active campus life. Always something to do at college with over a dozen student groups and just as many events and festivals. Academics could do with some improvement. The Mumbai University curriculum is not abreast with industry standards. Placements come in quantity to ensure most students get a job but quality of the jobs are questionable and they do not pay very well. Return on investment is definitely a deterrent.

Thadomal Shahani Engineering College known as TSEC, is one of the best colleges one could get into in Mumbai even though the campus is not huge but the people in and outside are great. The campus make it really likely the festivals are the heart of TSEC but not very sure if it is still the same. But the college is totally worth joining.

It was a good experience and the college focuses on personal growth of students. I would suggest everyone to be part of this college. There are many cultural and technical events that lead us to grow. Many companies come for placement as about 90 % students get placed and nearby 50 companies came in our year. All the best :)

TSEC in short best college for engineering in Mumbai after b.tec IIT. It has highly qualified teaching faculties from industries and overall advanced infrastructure. Plus it had various extra curriculum activities other than studies to give overall development of student

Good teachers with excellent knowledge. Awesome campus life. Great fests. Culture is good. One of the top colleges of Mumbai. Extremely chilled out atmosphere. Once you get into this college, you will be able to face the challenges of the real world. The college will help you to stand on your own feet.

Thadomal Shahani engineering college is one of the best engineering college in Mumbai. It is quintessential epitome of perfect engineering life. The crowd is also very awesome as compared to other engineering colleges. The college is located in good society in Bandra West. Teaching staff is quite good enough.

It’s a pretty cool college. Teaching staff is decent. Loads of extracurricular to choose from (last time I checked it was around 8 clubs which were pretty well managed). No jobs for EXTC need to steel jobs from computer science or IT. In short it is an engineering college with the feel of an arts college.

College is nice, very good teaching faculty, good labs, but infrastructure is too old, canteen is like a small shop, but area around the college does the job of campus itself, as it is located in bandra west. Fees are more than rest of chemical engineering colleges, if student lives on western side dj sanghvi is also of same level and does the same job. But faculty is more experienced than dj sanghvi.

College's infrastructure is quite decent, not big enough though. Staff, extracurricular activities, canteen and all are good. Classrooms are comfortable and overall, a good college. If your score in the entrance exams is average, then one should surely try this college but keeping in mind the minority quota of Sindhi people also.

Good teaching staff, management is a bit clumsy, crowd is the best. And above all, top placements. Nice laboratories. Practical is done under strict supervision. Good results. The study atmosphere is also good, teachers are very helpful and have great knowledge.

My college life is indeed crazy sometimes hell of a studies and sometimes hell of a enjoyment during the vivid college festivals. Though the infrastructure is not good but the placements are one thing that is to be cherished for and other amenities provided are sufficient

The location and crowd of the college is excellent. Fees of college is above Rs. 1 lakh too costly for an average student. Number of companies that come to college is more than 50 which is a good score. You can’t score much in tsec as here you don’t get good internal scores

Had amazing four years of life at TSEC (as we all know it). Best college and best place to make life long great friends. The faculty here is knowledgeable and really takes efforts to teach students. infrastructure is the best. All the great minds come here so competition is very high on academic front. Most of my friends did their MS after engineering.

Awesome crowd it’s in the heart of Bandra, there are many hangout places like bandstand and franchisees like KFC, Subway, McD etc. This college is well known for its grade and its fest. Faculty are average and thee have average salary and placements as well.
