Satisfied with the good placements of 2014, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: I got placed in Accenture Services Pvt.Ltd. It is a very huge IT company with various locations all over India. II was based in Mumbai for 2.5 years working for an Insurance Project. TCET invites various companies for job interviews and most of them offer good pay. Around 210 students were hired from our batch i.e. 2014.

Not so great placements, decent faculty, excellent infrastructure, and a good campus life.

Placements: The placements were mediocre. Accenture and Infosys are major recruiters, but the core companies pick up very few students. Roughly 60 percent of the students got the job from the campus placements. The T&P cell placement sessions are compulsory for the students willing to take the campus placements here.

One of the best for telecommunication in Mumbai.

Placements: The college is one of the most reliable ones when it comes to placements. Major recruiters are Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and the like. For the 2015 passouts, Reliance Jio also visited the campus. The average packages are around 3-4 LPA. Some dream companies such as MAQ Softwares, TIBCO, Persistent, etc offer 5 LPA+. Works Application, a Japanese MNC, had offered 30 LPA to our senior batch.

Best academics and placements. Infrastructure is just awesome.

Placements: Placements were good in this college and almost 90% students got placed. Recently, the college has tied up with many companies to boost the campus placement. Also, the college hosts pool campus placement for multiple companies. If your academics is good then the placement is quite easy.

Good placements, better campus and expensive college along with nice and rich crowd.

Placements: Placement of the college is fine but not better than colleges like DJ sanghavi, though it is better than other expensive colleges. Companies like LNT, Infosys, Tata, Siemens, and others visit the college every year. Hopely Microsoft is joining soon. If you are in comps or IT your life is a bit simpler than others. If you meet the minimum eligiblity criteria it is easy to crack a package of around 3 lakhs per annum. The average salary is 2.5-3 lakhs which is good for a start. Almost all the stude...

Firstly, the location was perfect with all the amenities nearby and the campus life was full of fun. I experienced many new things of life. This college is academically sound as well as great in cultural and sports fests. The college infrastructure is one of the best in western suburban Mumbai with experienced faculty and a healthy placement record with all big MNCs like Accenture, Infosys and Tech Mahindra coming. Special industry oriented training sessions are also conducted to make sure that...

The college is good. Infrastructure is nice as well. Labs are excellent and well equipped. If maintained at a certain GPA, placements are good too. Professors are knowledgeable and co-operative. There are a lot of festivals happening like Zephyr, Sojourn, Enertia and IOWC which give students opportunities to explore other skills. Examination pattern is as per MU.

Situated at a highly accessible location near the highway, it is an above average college in the Mumbai Suburbs. The college has a good placement record which is around 90%. The faculty is average, apart from a few departments like the EXTC, which has a good teaching faculty and support staff.

The infrastructure and campus is superb. As far as the teaching is concerned, better than quite a few colleges under Mumbai University. The facilities provided can be a little more modernized and the interiors are not that posh but are definitely good. It is convenient to commute, very near from the highway and share rickshaw services are available to the station and the bus stop right opposite to the college.

College infrastructure is very good. If you are taking IT and CMPN branch as career then college placements will be 100%. There are no core company for ETRX and EXTC branch. The college ground is awesome and specially the cricket ground. The college will provide 30% practical knowledge and 70% theory lecture. The library of the college is one of the best.

Good infrastructure and reasonable placements .

Placements: 100% of the students who meet the placement criteria are usually placed. JP Morgan is the top recruiting company, offering packages up to 20 LPA, with average packages of about 8 LPA expected for students of CE. The lowest package for CE students is around 4 LPA.

Good people around here.

Placements: We are currently the first batch of this particular course and in the final year now but in the previous year we had some opportunities from the godrej, TCS, Teach Mahindra, etc. Average package offered is around 3 - 6 LPA and it goes higher to 10 LPA or more.

Good college if you are searching for one.

Placements: Role and Tata, Mahindra are some of the big companies that visit our college. Mostly 50 percent of the students get internships. The highest package was 10 lakh per annum in my branch and the average is 3 lakhs. Mostly, people opt for higher studies. But the placement percentage is also good.

The college is decent for coding branches, not for core.

Placements: TCET's placement cell is heavily catered towards developing coding skills and aptitude. Most of the companies that come to the college are coding-based/tech-related. If you are someone who is interested in core engineering branches such as mechanical, civil, etc., the chances of getting placements in core companies are low. Speaking of my branch, most mechanical students try to get an off-campus placement in core companies. Quite a few opt for higher studies, and those who are interested in codi...

Reality (truth) about placements.

Placements: I came to know that the placements are good in other branches like IT and CS, but the placement in core branches is not that good. There are very few chances to get placed in core companies. The placement number in core companies is in single digits. Also, there are training sessions from the college which divide the students into batches according to their performance in that training, which is not fair. An extra fee is charged for such training apart from college fees. We have to give consent ...

Decent, but there is 75% required attendance to attempt exams.

Placements: There are quite a few people who have actually gotten good placements through the placement cell. The Training and Placement Cell forces students to sit in a placement round or accept the company; otherwise, they would blacklist you from other placements. The top roles offered in the course were full stack with 14LPA.

College life was very enjoyable, with various entertaining functions.

Placements: In total, 34 students have been placed in the mechanical field so far, with 7 in Salem. Within this line, 4-5 students have been placed. If we talk about the IT and Computer Science department, most students have been placed there.

Our college is very good.

Placements: This is the 1st batch of this course. Around 50% of students got placed in our college. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Just Dial, etc. Our college doesn't provide good placements. We have to study well to get placed in this college.
