Review of TCET, Kandivali (E).

Placements: Our college has decent placements with average salary packages of about 8 LPA-9 LPA. Recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. Mostly 80% of students got placed in the year 2024. Mostly companies are hiring for the role of software design and data analyst. Around 85% of students got placed from our course.

Satisfied by faculty placements are okay below avarage hostel facility good college infrastructure .

Placements: Placements are quite good here. The average package is 5 LPA, and the highest went to 44 LPA last year. Students are divided into categories based on their attendance and placement test scores: CAT 1 is eligible for 10 LPA+ companies, CAT 2 for 5 to 10 LPA, and CAT 3 is below 5 LPA. This year, from our branch, 1 student was selected for a South African-based cybersecurity company for 12 LPA, and another is in Oracle for 9.5 LPA. Placements are still ongoing.

Cooler is the name. Coolers are the faculty here with great knowledge.

Placements: 50-60% of students are placed from our course. 3 Lacs-9 Lacs is a rough amount of the average package. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Infosys, and TCS, along with other IT companies, even in core jobs. Sales Management and Quality Control are types of roles offered to newbies.

Good college with decent infrastructure.

Placements: Most students land placements in IT firms, with an average salary package of 5.5 lakh and the highest of 18 lakhs. The lowest package offered is 3 lakhs per annum. Leading recruits include Wipro, Accenture, and HCL. The mechanical department offers students internships in core industries, mainly for roles in Sales and Engineering Management.

Satisfied by the campus and crowd.

Placements: Till now, the placement is good, but as the course is new, I am not aware of the package that will be offered in this course. As the course is related to the mechanical branch, students can also apply to this course, which is good for them. Top recruiting companies are not aware because the course is new. Almost all the students can get an internship, as it depends on how they approach the company for the interview.

It is a unique experience. Though semi-autonomous, it works on students with full effort.

Placements: 60% students are placed from our college and others go for jobs and higher studies. The average package is around 5-8 lacs, depending upon the company. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, etc. Everybody does internship provided by the departments in core or in any IT-related field.

Above Average college in Mumbai with good infrastructure and average placements.

Placements: On average, the placements range from 4 to 6 lacs per annum, with only a limited number of students, around 20 to 30, managing to secure packages above 10 lacs through their own dedication and efforts. While the placements in the teaching field are commendable, individuals who are not pursuing teaching should not consider this college.

Good college with affordable fees.

Placements: Placement is quite good here as many companies visit the campus and the placement graph have increased in past few years. The highest package in 2021 was 44 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. Many students got internship in third year. Everything is good but during placement drive, they take 18k from students for placement training and other stuff.

Too much unnecessary burden laid on students and many unnecessary compulsions.

Placements: Due to the pandemic, for the 2020-2021 batch not as many companies could visit as last to last year. Out of eligible only 55% students were placed. However, the maximum package offered increased to 30 LPA this year. 2.4 LPA and 4.5 LPA were the minimum and average packages offered for Computers and IT departments. Mu Sigma offered great packages and almost 10 students got placed with packages of 12LPA. Work Applications from Japan offered 30 LPA, higher than previous years' 21 LPA.

This college has imperfections, but it has the right intent.

Placements: Many companies visit our college and recruit students, and our college assures that every student has chances to get placed. But the roles offered are not diverse but good, and for core branches, there is a shortage of opportunities. TCET must utilise the advantage of its location and can build more industry relations which can be capitalised.

I am dissatisfied with our college education system as there is no support to achieve aspirations.

Placements: There are no placements for civil engineering students from TCET. Mostly in-house internships were provided in the construction projects by Thakur Group only. All the pre-placement training is provided by in-house faculty members who don't have experience of the industry and don't about its demands.

Good for CS IT EXTC and electronics department.

Placements: Half of the batch went abroad for MS Out of the other half who couldn't afford, some got into infosys and very few (single digit) got into core companies that too at salary of 12k per month with very low level job which hardly requires any engineering degree.

Overall, the college is great for studying, but not good for providing the high package placement.

Placements: The college provides a decent placement with an average salary from 3-4 LPA. It is one of the best colleges in Mumbai. It provides the various opportunities for the students. The college celebrates various cultural and social activities. The professors are highly experienced. But the fee is more as compared to the other college.

If your main motive is to join the service-based company, then only join this college.

Placements: The placements are often good. Infosys and Accenture are the major recruiters here. The dream package companies like DirectI and Seclore also visit here. The placement depends on which branch you have selected. If your branch is IT/CMPN, then it is confirmed that you will be placed from the college itself.

College experience was above average. Teaching faculties and lab teachers not up to the mark and can improve. Infrastructure of the college is very good and campus life is also above average. Fest held by colleges are one of the USP for the college. Fees is bit on a higher side compared to other colleges providing similar education environment.

Very bad faculty for etc. department. They don’t teach properly. They don’t focus on practicals. I will recommend you to don’t join this college for etc. department. Faculties for IT and computer department are quite better and having good placement also but electronics and engineering department is worst.
