This is the college where you will waste three years of your life.

Placements: We don't have any placements on the campus. Hardly a couple of companies come which will take the students in bulk and at a very low pay-scale. The companies come here for all the courses, and it is a joint placement process which is not specific to only BBI, thereby making a huge pool of the students. Moreover, the profiles are also not relevant to BBI as such. They are more general or specific to BMS. The college itself asks you to seek out the off-campus opportunities.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: For this particular college, placements have never ever been done nor even for the senior batch. Once the concerned student passes out from college, he is all on his own for finding a new job. No internships at the college. The college doesn't not have any campus interviews, due to which all the students have to find their jobs on their own after finishing their graduation.

Not so good. Choose your college by knowing about it very well.

Placements: The placement in college is good but the salary is not so good. Many of my friends got companies like TCS, Wipro and L&T. But the number of students is very less because they fail in aptitude. About the internship, the college is not giving any internship program.

Average college with average placements and facilities.

Placements: The college has average placements as not many companies come. Most of them prefer BMS, BBI graduates as compared to BCom. Still, the main company that came was JP Morgan. 3-6lakh packages were offered to the students placed. No internships were provided and there was no compulsion on students to do an internship.

It is so far good with best infrastructure. The teacher and professors are well maintained. Very good services. The campus facility is not so good but not even so bad also. It is on average. It is worth the money I have payed on average. They also give the good placements in companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Reliance, etc.

It is a good college having a nice crowd. The fee structure is little high but the infrastructure is good. Education is also good. I enjoyed my 5 years. It is quite away from the station but situated in good locality and nice place. Watchmen and other staff members of gym are very rude.

Good placements and satisfying faculty.

Placements: I'm not sure about the placement percentage of my college but last year a few students got placed in Asian paints and many more known companies for really good starting packages. Top roles in my course can be financial advisory, charted accountant, and mostly all the jobs dealing with finance.

It is a good college for science courses, but it is better for management and commerce departments.

Placements: I belong to the natural sciences department in which there are barely any placement, job or internship opportunities. Most of the job offers are offered to the students of the commerce department, management department and for the science department. Rest of the placement companies are of IT firms.

Review of Thakur College of Science and Commerce.

Placements: The college does not provide placements and the students, and they have to search on their own after leaving college. Assistance is also not provided from the college. Hence it is a very bad impression for the students as they get demotivated because of not getting a job even after studying for 15 years.
