Placements: No single student was placed in 2022 because there was no on-campus placement. Although few students got placed through off-campus placement. But not a single company came to our college to pick students. So overall placement of this college is very poor.

Placements: The college doesn't provide good placements. Hardly one or two companies visit the campus and only a few students are qualified. These companies don't offer good salary packages and students who got placed left their job after working for 6 months or 1 year because they think they are not being paid fairly and work for extra hours. One of the main reasons that companies don't come to this college is students are either not interested in engineering jobs or they are not well qualified.

Placements: The college doesn't provide any placement opportunities. Only two companies have visited the campus, and only selected candidates who have good relations with the director got placed. The deserving students got rejected. Even those two companies have visited the campus just to hire the students of the civil branch, but no companies visited the college to hire the students of other branches.

Placements: The college doesn't provide any placement opportunities for students of the civil engineering department. The college needs to organise many events. They need to hire many faculty members. They should conduct many programmes so that the students can keep themselves busy.

Placements: I don't think that in whole Uttarakhand, there is a scope for campus placements in the civil branch. So you only have the choice to prepare for the state exams, or you can prepare for GATE and ESE as well. For that, you must start preparing from the 5th semester itself.

Placements: The college atmosphere is nice as it is near the lake. As everyone expects a good atmosphere along with some good teachers, forget about this. Some of the teachers are nice, but some are there just for their income. They don't care about the students as they even don't support you if you take any initiative and control you through marks in their hand. Placements: Very poor or you can say no placement at all. We were the first batch of our college and had high hopes regarding the future placements, and moreover, our college is a government college made by THDC and it is a PSU, so we think that there would be some kind of placement as after all it is a hydropower college. Placements: In our college THDC-IHET only a few companies visit the campus. These companies are startups that provide a maximum of 3.5 LPA package. But slowly the number of companies is increasing this year. The companies don't visit the college because of its remote location, unskilled nature of most of the faculty members and students and lack proper management.

Placements: Placement is not good at all even you can say no placement. Only 1 company came to thdc-ihet and the package was 1.8 LPA. And that company was related to IT sector and company name was C Core technosolution. They recruit only 4 students from CS branch and 1 from ECE. In thdc ihet there is a placement cell but it is just like a showcase. Not at all useful.
