Best faculty, good placement in 2023.

Placements: 60% of students are placed. Monthly packages range from 10k to 50k. 60% of students go for internships in the mechanical course or in the Physics workshop. My college confirms placement offers in my course. The teaching staff is excellent.

Infrastructure: Departments provide Wi-Fi connection. Labs are very clean, and the apparatus is in good condition. Classrooms are of a reasonable size. Hostel food is very good and tasty. There are mess and canteen facilities available, and medical facilities are also provided. Sports and games are available on campus.

Faculty: Teaching quality is average, but communication is very good. The staff is knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. Being an autonomous college, semester questions are tough and standardized. The pass percentage for postgraduate students is a minimum of 50%.

Other: I love Physics, so I chose this course. The best aspects are communication and the campus. Lab equipment could be improved in this course.

Review of The American College, Madurai.

Placements: The department of immunology and microbiology provides a wide range of placement opportunities to students passing out. Almost 80% of students get placed, and they are given the opportunity to contact alumni of the college in order to gain more information about the scope of the course. Students can encounter several fellowship and internship programmes to enhance their knowledge and skills so they can shine in the future.

Infrastructure: The college provides 24X7 Wi-Fi to students and faculty members for academic purposes. The department has an individual library with only microbiology books, along with the main library in the college. The library is open 24X7 available thing for students. Classrooms have an inbuilt smart board and projector to enhance visual learning for students. The hostel is available for both boys and girls individually inside the campus, where it is constructed in a way that students get the utmost comfort. The hostel mess provides quality food to students to avoid homesickness.

Faculty: Our faculty members in the department are good. They make students learn and gain knowledge. They are always available to clear doubts and make sure that students feel comfortable with the subject. MSc. Microbiology is a two-year course with four semesters and laboratory practicals.

Other: Microbiology had its boom after COVID. It has scope in every sector, including food, medicine, fisheries, etc.

It has value for money and knowledge.

Placements: Almost 70% of students opt for higher studies at the same college. The remaining students choose jobs such as tutoring, administration, and passing government exams. Internships are easy to get. During our internship, great support is provided by the staff as well as the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is almost stable. There is a more green environment available. A cooler is inside the campus even though it's in the center of the city. The hostel is awesome. Food is worth the money. Discipline is maintained where needed. Apart from that, the hostel is a fun place to enjoy. Labs in the science stream are well-equipped. They are able to handle various instruments as well as experiments.

Faculty: Most of the faculty have doctorates. Their experience is our age. They are more friendly and properly guided. They share various life-oriented problems with us.
