Review on The National institute of Engineering, North campus.

Faculty: The college has 2 internals and 1 semester exam for every semester, along with 2 quizzes for courses worth more than one credit. For single-credit subjects, there are only 3 quizzes and no exams. Along with this, the college provides various internship opportunities. The semester-end exams are quite easy and cannot be neglected, although the paper might appear hard, as the correction is mostly liberal.

College is good but infrastructure is not good and facilities are not available.

Faculty: The teachers at this college are very good. They teach very well and provide a lot of support for extracurricular activities such as sports and hackathons. They also encourage students to join college clubs and participate in college events. The curriculum is relevant, and students are well-prepared for industrial activities. Exams are not too difficult, and professors ask moderate questions.

Decent placements, limited facilities, and dull, boring college life

Faculty: The faculties at NIE are a mixed bag. While some teachers are helpful and engage well with students, there are others who fail miserably at teaching. The curriculum, unfortunately, is far from making students industry-ready, but to be honest, that's an issue across many colleges in India. The plus point is the semester exams, which are quite manageable and chilled. You will have plenty of time to focus on your side hustle.

The NIE : A Brief review .

Faculty: The teachers are very good and well-qualified. They are very kind and helpful. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready through practical labs. Semester exams are of medium level.

Good college with good placements. Not much fests kind of college. Good infrastructure.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful and good to us always. The way they teach is very good. NIE College follows the VTU portion. If you enter the college through the COMEDK exam, the fee will be nearly 4 LPA, and through KCET, it will be 2 LPA, and the semester exams are not too hard; you can complete them easily.

Good placements, tough curriculum, average infrastructure and bare minimum facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are good and helpful, but the attendance system has a 85% attendance requirement. Due to the travel time, there is barely any time left for self development. There is CIE and semester end exams which hold the same weightage. CIE is continuous internal evaluation which comprises of two mid semester tests and 2 quizzes.

If you have no other options to consider, then a college with decent placement.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and have knowledge of their respective subjects. The course curriculum is totally relevant in CSE. The semester exams are easy in level. Questions are of moderate difficulty, and you can easily score 8 to 9 CGPA here.

Everything you need to know about The National Institute of Engineering Mysuru.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but can be strict regarding attendance and the curriculum. The faculty tries to prepare us for the industry by doing their best. The internal assessments are generally at a medium level but can be mostly easy. On the other hand, the semester-end exams are above medium level.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college and its practices.

Faculty: More than half of the faculty isn't fluent in English and is quite short-tempered; they are so strict about attendance you can't focus on personal development and even look for internships. Only the final exams are difficult; only math; the rest is basic. Teaching quality is not even near to decent; the teachers are so pathetic and pitiful they hold onto personal grudges and take their anger out on student grades. Favoritism towards Karnataka people is like daily news. You will be denied basic t...

The only thing is a smaller number of fests; other than that, it is very good for the placements.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and they clarify all our doubts. They are well educated in our college and our course curriculum does make a student industry-ready. And exams here are a bit difficult, but we can try to master it only when we are through with the textbook and the problems or the logics thought by our lecturers.

Absolutely satisfied with the college placements. My college is the best.

Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful and experienced. They teach us very well. And they are very knowledgeable. Yes, it is relevant. Yes, it does make students industry-ready. If you study well and listen to classes, the semester exam will be very easy for you. Pass percentage is 80 percent.

NIE college review by a student.

Faculty: Yes, teachers and lecturers at my colleges are well qualified, and some are even with doctorate degrees too. Teaching quality is good but also can be improved a little bit. The curriculum is relevant and mostly emphasizes on theory. Semester exams are not very difficult.

Good with placements and facilities. But dissatisfied with management and infrastructure.

Faculty: The course curriculum is well defined and suited to cutting-edge technology. It is based on skill development for the present technical world. Faculty members are very friendly and approachable; they motivate us to do something out of the syllabus. Exam difficulty is average; if you can understand the concepts of engineering, you can do it.

Overall, our college provides decent campus placements and good academic opportunities.

Faculty: Teachers and professors are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are super friendly and provide proper notes, which are very helpful for tests and exams. The course curriculum for the first year is not relevant for teaching-related jobs. Semester exams are easy and one must score 40 percent of the marks to pass.
