Absolutely satisfied with the course and knowledge gained and also placements.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in our course is about 50%, and most of them got jobs from campus only, except for some students who couldn't make it through. The highest salary package offered is about 5 lakhs per annum, and the lowest package is about 2.5 LPA. The top roles include research analyst, medical coding etc.
Infrastructure: The biological sciences labs are highly equipped. The teachers are highly dedicated and qualified. The hostel facilities are good with huge rooms and good food. Bus facilities are provided by the college itself. The infrastructure is very good, with a large number of labs with proper machines.
Faculty: The difficulty level of exams is quite high, and you need to score an average of 70%. The teaching quality is very good, especially in the biochemistry department. The teachers are helpful and prepare students well by completing the syllabus and conducting proper internals.
Other: Biochemistry is a vast field of biological science and gives us in-depth knowledge of every aspect.

Overall, it's a good experience, as the department and faculty are good.
Placements: Almost 100% of students get placed in our college. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month. It depends on the experience too. Biocon, Mylan, Dr Reddy, Cipla, etc., visit the campus. Almost 20%of students are doing internships in Biocon. Research and development and quality control and quality assurance, data analyst, lecturers, and research associate are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: In our department, we have very good facilities and infrastructure. Our labs are well-equipped and you get good knowledge about practicals. The library is good with a good ambiance, and classrooms are clean and tidy. The quality of food served is good and the hostel is best. The mess is clean, and medical facilities are available. They encourage sports too.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are knowledgeable and very well experienced. They guide us about careers, and the teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and it will help to know the industry better. We can know more things about the industry and it will help to know how the industry works.
Other: I opted for this course because of my passion for this subject. If we had more time it would be good and should be conducted more practical than the theory it would be good. Events are amazing here and they will help students by giving scholarships.

Opportunities are great to redefine your basics with masters in biochemistry.
Placements: As far as placements are concerned, it would be impossible to say that college alone can provide offers for students. I think it all percolates down from the industrial perspective and how willingly they are to recruit freshers. Companies are coming on the campus for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college supplies adequate resources to all the students and caters to the strength of more than 50 students per batch. An academically good student always finds a way to make the most out of available resources. During my tenure, our college had an excellent sports week, and I had a great time being a part of it.
Faculty: I think biochemistry sets the basics for all the life sciences study. The curriculum is thorough, and it covers the range of studies from biotechnology, physiology to biostatistics. It supplies a broader knowledge and helps students to prepare for either research or industry.
Other: Our college is always alive with some inter-departmental activities.
