Approximately 50% of the batch has been successfully placed till now. Assured students are given 100% placement assurance, but at the same time, it depends on scholars how much they are willing to put in the effort. We have shadow modules, around 5 weeks in which one got to experience the whole corporate life - theory into practice with seasoned women mentors and it's compulsory for everyone. I went to Coca-Cola Egypt.

Review of The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women.

Placements: The salary range from 5 LPA to 20 LPA with a median of around 9 LPA. The college ensures 100% placements. The roles that come are generalist in nature with more numbers in HR, Sales and analyst. The recruiting company is a mix of MNCs, start-ups and NPOs. The mentorship programmes like the Shadow modules are a highlight where every student is mapped to an industry leader.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-equipped with smartboards and microphones. It is well lit with internet facility. There is a physical as well as digital library that is available to us. The hostel management is a bit challenging but the food is hygienic and there is housekeeping service every day. The wardens are extremely helpful.

Faculty: The faculty here is exceptional and is the highlight of this programme. They are industry practitioners and we have hands-on learning. Few of our faculty members are pioneers in their fields who have a legacy of work and are people recognised and renowned at the national level. The curriculum is designed in such a way that it is engaging. We are encouraged to take part in discussions and are enabled to bring in as many different perspectives as possible. A lot of group assignments also encourage peer-to-peer learning. The exams here are again more practical application.

Other: The academics of this college are really good where we learn the hard skills through the management courses and the softer skills through the liberal arts courses. A lot of focus is put into communication and personal growth and the journey becomes truly transformational. If one really focuses on academics a lot of value can be derived along with that an equal amount of effort in self-study also needs to be put in. The Teaching assistants (TA) are a constant support in your journey of learning and both the professors and the TAs are super cooperative, engaging and helpful.

The faculty is excellent.

Placements: Placement is not good this year because of market conditions. Last few years, placement was really good, but this year, they are struggling to bring in companies and good CTC because of market conditions. They are trying really hard to get into company this year.

Infrastructure: The hostel is good; there is Wi-Fi, a personal kitchen and personal washrooms. The food is okay, and you will have a really good time with friends here. The classrooms are good, and they try to do their best to provide us with everything they can from their end.

Faculty: You will get to make really good connections with people at the CEO level, as faculty, career mentor and shadow mentors. The curriculum is very unique and well researched, and they bring in the best faculty from around the world. They work very hard.

The infrastructure is not good but the faculty and the course structure stands out.

Placements: 50% of students have been placed till now the highest that has gone this year was 20 LPA from Aditya Birla and some companies offered packages between 10 to 13 LPA but mostly the average lie between a 7 to 9 LPA this year. Top companies that have recruited from Vedica this year would be Aditya Birla capital, Nestl? , Zomato Bombay saving, KPMG, positive movies, HCL, head up for tails, Sutherland, MakeMyTrip, Milan foundation and Bharti Axa.

Infrastructure: The courses at Vedica are designed to be very engaging and designed to cover all essential aspects before setting foot in the management sphere. Taught by excellent professors who excel in their fields and make the subject matter knowledge interesting and Wi-Fi is good at hostel and in classrooms the library is a little small but they provide you with a digital library which almost has every resource. The food in the mess is pretty decent. For medical facilities I feel until and unless there is something big you need to cater everything on your own.

Faculty: The curriculum is very relevant and engaging. The teachers are absolutely very qualified and knowledgeable in their subject matter and their teaching quality is also so amazing. The best part is the professors are open for critical feedback and will help you along the way. The semester exams in the college are relatively tough but it? S easy if you are paying attention in class and learning along the way. If you are actively participating in class the exams are relatively easier to crack.

Other: I choose this course because of its diversity and it? S professors. There is no such thing as events or fest at Vedica. I can say that the connectivity is good, the campus only includes 2 classrooms. Things that Vedica can improve upon is its connection of management with the students.
