Tirhut College of Agriculture Scholarships and Funding

Govt. of Bihar provides stipend of Rs. 2,000/= per month to the students with an additional contingency of Rs. 6,000/= per year for the purchase of study materials. Similarly, a provision of stipend is also there for ICAR candidates.

Our college provides good infrastructure.

Placements: Almost 60-70% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Krivco, Kisan Pro, etc. Top roles offered are field inspector, etc.

It is a good college and provides many valuable courses.

Placements: Students who scored good percentages in their academics got placed in our college. Many agricultural companies visit our college to recruit students. The salary packages are low. The salary offered ranges between Rs.15,000 - Rs.25,000 per month.

College is awesome having good infrastructure and study quality teachers are also good.

Placements: About 30% of students got placed in our college. The salary package offered is 3 LPA - 4 LPA in Iffco, Rallis, etc. The high level UG course in agriculture B.Sc. Agriculture. Good campus placements are available for many vacancies after doing this course. Overall, I want the best college and I like it very much. So students should prefer this college.

Placements: There are top recruiting companies for our course. Less percentage of students get internships in our college at top agricultural-related companies. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, the lowest salary package is 1.5 LPA, and the average salary package is 3.5 LPA.

Our college has good infrastructure.

Placements: Many banks like FCI, NABARD, etc., offer job opportunities in our college. Agriculture field officer role is offered to students. The minimum salary is Rs.8,000. Companies like Amul, Sarad, Mother Dairy, etc., offer placements. Students get placements if they have more than a 6 CGPA.

I am satisfied because of good placements in 2020.

Placements: The total number of students in our batch ranges between 100 and 120. There are no more salary packages available in our course. Top requiring companies like IFFCO, Tata, Paras, etc., visit our campus. Only 5-10% of students got internships.
