TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance (TKWsIBF), Delhi was established in 2010 by the TKWs Group. Currently, it is run by the TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance Society, which is governed and managed by CMDs and top management of leading banks and financial institutions. This Institute offers diploma courses which are government-recognised and have been accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Education and Training (NABET). Since its inception, it has been awarded as the best institute in the domain of Banking Education and has also received several awards and accolades at different forums in Education and Banking industry.
TKWsIBF offers one UG-level course i.e. Advanced Diploma in Banking and Finance along with Global Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance and a Fellowship Program for working professionals at PG level. The curriculum of these courses is delivered through Experiential Learning Techniques (ELT) keeping a strong industry orientation. The Institute also comprises of a Knowledge Centre and offers IBPS/PO coaching as free add-on classes to PG diploma students, who are keen on finding employment in the government sector.
TKWsIBF also hosts a Bankers Meet, the largest banking event for Banking in India, wherein the influencers and top leaders from the BFSI industry participate to discuss ideas. The Institute also undertakes various research projects on its own as well as in partnership with leading BFSI industry participants. It has also created a special subject called Economic Times which facilitates the students to read business newspapers and stay updated on financial market trends.
Students gain additional exposure through various activities like participating in an annual trading competition set in real market (using Rs 15 lakh as a virtual currency), professional banking communication classes, corporate skills workshops and attending three-day leadership summit organized in collaboration with Rockport Experiential. TKWsIBF best students are also awarded with an Asean Banking Tour of countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, etc.

TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance Admission Process
TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance admission process is open in both online as well as offline modes. Candidates can also apply through the office website of the Institute or offline by obtaining the prospectus from the campus. Admission to its UG and PG courses is subject to the following conditions:
- For admission to any of its courses, candidates are required to clear BAT (Banking Aptitude Test) which is conducted by the TKWs Group
- Qualifying candidates are then called for a Personal Interview (PI) round at the campus
- Final selection is done basis a student’s past academic merit and performance in the PI round
At TKWsIBF, admissions are offered to students under four main reservation categories which are presented in the table below along with details:

TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance Courses
TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance, Delhi offers three full-time courses at both UG and PG level. These include a three-year Advanced Diploma in Banking and Finance at undergraduate level that falls under the category of BCom with Triple Qualifications Program. At PG level, it offers one-year Global Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance which is integrated with three certifications namely Certificate in Investment Banking, Certificate in Business Banking and Certificate in International Trade Finance.
It also offers a Fellowship Program for working professionals of one-year duration. Student clearing these courses also qualify to obtain parallel certifications in CFP, NCFM, Mutual Funds, Credit Appraisal and Trade Finance. Admission to all these programmes is subject to clearing the Banking Aptitude Test conducted by the Institute. TKWsIBF has set-up a dedicated and committed placement cell within its campus which works on training the students to clear job interviews. The cell conducts 14 placement preparation sessions and five mock interviews with each student along with providing them with personalised mentoring basis their strengths and weaknesses.
