Tribal College of Nursing review.
Placements: In my batch, we are 60 students, including 7 boys. During placements, we were placed in reputed hospitals like Medanta and Paras. We are provided as interns in different reputed hospitals, and during our course, we get the chance to practice in private as well as government hospitals in Ranchi.
Infrastructure: Our college provides all the facilities, including labs like the Anatomy lab, Pediatric lab, Nutrition lab, and Community lab. Smart classrooms are also available, and we can use our own library. The hostel infrastructure is also good, providing decent food and a warden for safety.
Faculty: The college provides well-qualified faculty members who are knowledgeable and clear all our doubts. Our course is relevant as a professional course and has got the Indian Nursing Council approval. Students are also eager to take this course, as it proves beneficial. In our semester exams, questions are average, and the pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I chose this course because of its scope and demand all over India and also in foreign countries. It would be better if the institution provided us with more practical knowledge. Cultural events and fests are organized occasionally. The campus surroundings are filled with greenery, and travel facilities like the rail station are at a distance of 10 km, with local transportation available at the doorstep.
