One can have opportunities to get placed in the IT sector, but it is tough to get core placements.

Placements: The major recruiter of the college is Tata Consultancy Services. It had recruited about 71 students last year, but only 35 students were placed this year. The core placements are very few, one or two opportunities are provided by the trade, and sometimes, 2-3 are provided by the college. So, I can say that the core placements are very poor, and you can have some opportunities in the IT sector.

A place where education is not limited only to the high-class students.

Placements: The companies visit the campus for placements of CS students are good, and they are Geometric Ltd, TCS, Infosys and some other companies from Indore. The management allows other branch students to attend the drives, but it mostly depends on the TPOs and coordinators. Nowadays, the placements are getting better in all aspects.

The best government college which is fully autonomous.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. Majorly TCS is the main recruiter, but other companies also visit the campus regularly. You don't have to worry about placements; if you have the knowledge, then you can surely earn money. Many other companies like Accenture, Sunrise Corp, JK Cement and new start-ups visit the campus regularly. Training and placement office supports you as much as they can. They regularly conduct workshops for placements.

Good placement record in 2018.

Placements: Our college is one of the top 5 government colleges in Madhya Pradesh and is covered over an area of 300 acres. The placements are however good. You will get placed in a company if you are sincere in your studies. The college is in Madhya Pradesh, where there is a hub of engineering. All the faculty are good and are postgraduates from IITs, and even the guest faculty are also graduated from IITs.

A decent government engineering in the central india which offers quality education in low fees.

Placements: Placements here are decent. More than 49 percent students get placed to major IT companies among which TCS and WIPRO are the mass recruiters which visit every year. The average package offered to the students is 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. Every year during the summers there is a vocational internship session for 5th to 8th semester students.

The faculty staff is well qualified.

Placements: Placements have been reduced in previous 4-5 years by TCS and WIPRO. Earlier IT giant Infosys uses to visit us but now its tieup has been backed. This year, about 180 students have been placed. The training needed for students to explore themselves is not provided by the college.

It's a pretty good choice.

Placements: As it's a government college, so placement is far better than any other private colleges. Average package is bit less compared to other established government colleges such as GSITS Indore. Still it gives you a huge opportunity to be a part of company like TCS.

Mostly dissatisfied, low placement, affordable, inferior infrastructure, bad canteen.

Placements: The placements in year 2018 are meagre in chemical engineering branch although it is better than other departments. From our batch, till now 15 are placed and among senior also around 20. The highest being offered is 7.5lpa, the lowest 2.4lpa and averages around 3.7lpa. The companies includes TCS, BORL, JK Cement, Collabra, money maker, IPCA, OMEX R&D, etc. The role offered were graduate engineer trainee or marketing related. One of the good college of MP government not comparing with NIT and IIT better than any private one.

Placements: Among all government colleges in Madhya Pradesh, quite good placements are conducted in the college. This year, a lot of companies like Borl, DMRC, Sri Ram Cement, JK, Wipro, TCS, etc., conducted campus placements. Don't worry about the placements; if you are good at studies, then you will get placed at least in one company with the average salary package of 3 lacs per annum.

I am not fully satisfied with what the college provides but at the same time who is.

Placements: This college has potential which it is not able to reach, the placements are of mediocre level jobs and are mostly related to IT sector instead of core engineering. But the number of students getting placed is quite high. It can be said that although, not much opportunities are provided but whatever is provided can at least get you a mediocre level job.

Satisfactory place a newbie but not a good place for an engineering enthusiast.

Placements: Placement for mechanical, electrical, electronics, CS was good. Chemical and Civil were mostly excluded from campus and all. Although emergent have got freedom to invite companies on behalf of Institute through TPO with proper verification. So this is good.

An old college with good reputation constantly trying to improve.

Placements: Only a handful of companies visit the campus for placement. TCS recruits in bulk and many other companies come but only 1 or 2 students get selected in those. Some students are selected offcampus and some other companies shorlists the candidates and then interview is held in other institutes. Placement committee works hard to contact the companies.

College is good if you study hard, otherwise, not that much good.

Placements: Companies like TCS and Wipro come for hiring in IT sector, but for core branches, there were only one or two companies like JK Cement, but for bulk placements, there were companies of marketing for very less hike. Overall, I will say the campus placement is not that good, but you will get placed if you work hard and have good communication.

This college is good with nice people around you.

Placements: I have passed out in 2017 from the ECE branch and got placed in TCS from the college. This college also provides a decent opportunity for the placements in service-based companies. For ECE, only TCS and Wipro are there and don't think about the core company coming here, not even in your dreams.
