Except for my course, other courses are good in this college.

Placements: Place for mechanical and automobile department is very low out of 200 students 10 - 20 students only placed. But other departments are having good Places like EEE, CSC, etc. But our college management announced that they will increase placement for our departments in upcoming years.

Good infrastructure structure and faculty but placement depends upon your talent.

Placements: University College of Engineering, Trichy is the one of best government institutions in Tamil Nadu. They have good placement training and faculty but technology students easily got placed in various companies compared to Civil, Mechanical, and Automobile Engineering Students.

It is a good campus with culture, faculty and infrastructure but placements were not guaranteed.

Placements: During campus placements, around 10% of students got placed. After a year, about 30-40% of students got placed. The top companies which recruited students from our campus are Sanmar, Anthem Biosciences, and SPIC. Most of my classmates were offered executive engineer positions and some of them were working as EHS executives and R&D scientists. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Most of my classmates had done internships in various compani...

A memorable and nice place to study.

Placements: There are 60 students in this petrochemical course. For this department, 4 to 5 companies are recruiting. The top company recruiting is Anthem bioscience from Bangalore offering a minimum salary of 50,000. The top role of the college is to tie with other country universities to promote students knowledge and for the development. This college also provides technical knowledge to the students by providing industrial visits.

The college maintains a good balance of studies and sports.

Placements: Out of 49 students, no one got placed. Students get placed off-campus. During my four-year course, no internship or alike is provided. A company named Ramco came here for placements long back. From the information I got, the top role offered in that company was assistant engineer.

It is a good campus for technology students because it has more technical and developed equipment.

Placements: In our college, all students scored at least 6.5 and atmost 9. Our college has more courses compared with other colleges. There are low salary packages for many courses, and placements are also low. Our college is huge and has more beautiful places to relax. There is a peaceful environment.

Average infrastructure and facilities and it suits more for the sports persons.

Placements: 1. 80 percentage placement is depending upon the caste. But on an average the person who score 180 above cut off can place in my course. 2. 4 lakhs per annum to 2 lakhs per annum is the salary range offered to our course. 3. Sanmar groups, SPIC, Anthembioscience are top recruiters. 4. Graduate Engineer Trainee and Executive Traine roles were offered. 5. 4LPA to 2 LPA is the salary range offered to our course.

Dissatisfied in placements.

Placements: Not satisfied with offered companies. Good percentage of people were recruited. No top companies visited. The highest salary 20000, the lowest 10000 was offered. Only 1 candidate got selected in placements in one year from our dept. Bad infrastructure. Bad teaching staff. Bad offers. No facilities. No good rules. No sports. Simply waste.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: A large number of students are placed in IT sectors, but students in the mechanical and civil department who got placement in core companies are less. Salary packages offered are good and within satisfaction. Every year 400-500 students get placement in companies while the annual intake of college is 1080. Almost 50% of students got placements.
