Osmania University is very good to pursue electrical and electronics engineering.

Placements: The placements in Osmania University are conducted from the 3rd year-2nd semester of a batch in all branches. The university has a special team for placements. Almost 90% of the students get placed every year. If you are really interested in software jobs, then CSE branch has very good placement opportunities.

Osmania University is a university that has 100 years history.

Placements: The campus placements are really good for CSE, ECE and IT. Many good companies like Deloitte, JP Morgan, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini and Infosys visit the campus for placements. The place to experience real Engineering.

Placements: Placements scenario for our batch is decent and for our seniors it is pretty good. Companies for all branches visit the campus. Google, Oracle, Capital IQ, CA technologies, NetCracker, TCS, Infosys, CTS, Accenture, Maruti Suzuki, Redpine signals, Urumi Systems, L&T, Bosch, Deloitte were some of them. But One of the drawback is as mostly IT companies visit the campus, the probability of getting placed in them is high and other branch students were also left with no option some times. For our batc...

The one thing, that I want to share about my college is the amount of freedoms.

Placements: I got placement in two different companies. Osmania university college has great placement cell and they invite excellent placements. The placements are good. In fact, last year, the placement percentage was almost 100%. So if you manage to get minimum pointer with knowledge, placement is guaranteed. We do get companies like wipro L&T Accenture Dee shaw and many more. Last year the highest package was 20lakh and the basic pay was around 3.5 to 4lakh.

Dissatisfied just because of placements in my stream.

Placements: There is not much placements for our branch as we belong to civil engineering stream. Actually placements were for the under graduates. There are many students from undergraduate who got placed in many companies. Many of the companies are related to software.

The placements, infrastructure and the faculty of the college are good.

Placements: The students of civil engineering get placements in L&T, Tata Project Limited. ECE and CSE departments have huge placements. A minimum of 12-15 companies recruit students from our college. A placement cell is available but needs improvement. Regarding internships, professors will help students to get good internships.

Good faculty and placement.

Placements: The placement cell is good of this college. There are lot of IT companies (Infosys, Wipro, Accenture)coming for recruitment. Few core engineering companies like GE, L&T also recruits the students. There is eligibility criteria decided by college as well as companies also to sit in the placement programs. If anyone got selected by any company then he/she might not eligible for any other company recruitment.

Satisfactory if you're interested in a job, but the college is not good for gaining knowledge.

Placements: Only 3-4 companies come here to recruit in B.E mechanical engineering. In that, 2 companies recruit only 1-2 students. 3 IT companies also visit the college to recruit students. The average package for IT companies is 3 LPA. For core branches, the average package is 4 lacs per annum. The placement here is average. The companies mostly select the students who are good at English.

Absolutely satisfied, in fact, best of the best colleges because of the good faculty and sports.

Placements: The placement was quite unbelievable that nearly 95% of the students got placed in our campus. The remaining 5% were with backlog or pertaining lack of communication skills. So, you could call it 100% placement. The percentage was low in our seniors batch. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, L&T, Microsoft, etc., also come to pick our students.

Placements: The companies like Infosys and Accenture are visiting our campus. The placement percentage is 100% for our seniors, and it also offers paid entrepreneurship in the different companies. The companies most likely take the talented students. The average package offered is 6 lakhs per annum. The minimum package offered is 4 lacs per annum.

Placements: In the beginning, I thought that there are no placements as I didn't ask any of my seniors. But, when I interacted with my professors and seniors, then I came to know there are many placements especially in the core companies of our branch.
