It is satisfactory with all the facilities. You can expect placement if you have good skills.

Placements: The placement in Kurukshetra University is really good. Top companies visit the college for placement drive for the 7th and 8th semester students. Last year, around 75% students got placed. This year, the percentage of placements may increase. You can only get placed if you improve your skills.

The placements are average, and the infrastructure is good.

Placements: Overall placements are average so don't get your hopes too high. The only MNC's that visit the campus for placement are Infosys and Wipro. Apart from that this year students also appeared for the Tech giant IBM (Pool Campus at NIT Kurukshetra). Many startups also visit the campus for placement like CodeBrew Labs, Chandigarh, Cryptographic IT Solutions. The packages offered by Infosys was 3.25 LPA, Wipro was 3.5 LPA, IBM was 3.5 LPA, CodeBrew labs was Rs.5000 for 6 months, after that the candidat...

Good college and environment.

Placements: Placements are ok. MNCs come for hiring. Infosys, Wipro and IBM conduct campus placements. Around 30% of the students get placed in these companies. There are pool campus drives with Chitkara and MMU. The highest package was around 4 LPA by IBM. A non-technical company like Academia Guru gave a package of around 3 LPA. Startups visit the college for drives too often. The placements in my senior batch were around 60-70%. Kalindee Rail Nirman visited for ECE students and offered a package of 9 LPA...

The placement drive is good. But unqualified faculty.

Placements: The placement drive is not good if you are from biotechnology (my case) and mechanical branch. But most of the companies visit the college and recruit the students. The companies like Infosys, HCL, TCS and Wipro frequently visit, and there are many startup companies visit the college (I can't mention names because they are many and new). They provide a moderate package for CSE and EEE branch. Last year the package offered was Rs. 3- 4.5 lacs per annum. The highest offered package is Rs. 4.25 lac...

Not satisfied because of average placement records and rude behavior of training and placement cell.

Placements: The placement in my college is average for my senior batch and our batch too. Almost 50% of the CSE students got placed last year. The major concern is that there are fewer chances of placements for the mechanical and biotech branches. The highest salary package offered is 6.4 lpa, the lowest package offered is 2.4 lpa, and the average package offered is 3.4 lpa. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Tech ahead, coded quotient visited the campus last year and this year also, till date.

The actual information about the college, its faculty members and facilities

Placements: Here, the placements for mechanical are low at maybe 20-30% and placements in other branches like CSE and ECE are maybe 70-80% for pass students. The college is autonomous from our batch onwards, so we hope that this time, companies will come in the college for the mechanical branch as well.

Good college as per infrastructure but low in studies.

Placements: Good placement opportunities for CS stream. Around Rs. 3.25 LPA is the maximum package offered by any company. The companies that visited were IBM, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini and many many more startups. In 2016, even Kalindi visited there. They offered a maximum package of Rs. 9 LAP. Two students got placed in Kalindi.

Now, the mechanical department has good infrastructure. Labs and workshops are good.

Placements: The placement for my batch was much better than earlier batches . 4 students were placed in Adani and 4 students were placed in Hi Tech Gears Limited. Now, the placement has improved very much in this college. When we took admission in this college there was a bad scenario of placements for mechanical but now, it is good.

Good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placements are average here. Companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, Wipro, and various mechanical companies visit here. The average package here is around 4.5 lacs. Last year, all the students with no backlogs have been placed. UIET has signed an MOU with Infosys for the next four years which assures us for being placed in Infosys. If you have no backlogs until the fourth year, you can be placed in a good company with a good package.

Placements: If you have knowledge about your subject then you have chances to get selected in top MNCs like IBM, Infosys, Wipro. These are our major recruiter. Codebrew and Adani Group are also regular visitors since the last two years.

UIET, MDU from the eyes of a Delhi guy.

Placements: There are zero placements for mechanical engineering in this college. For our batch, which is 2012-16, only the Indian army visited under UGS scheme and Nestle for recruitment. But none of the organisations recruited any of the students. Even the students of the past batches are suffering from unemployment due to poor performance of the TPO.
