Overall, the college is good for placement and fee is affordable for all classes of people.

Placements: I chose B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in the current scenario. Till date, 25 students have been placed and many more companies are yet to visit. If we talk about placement percentage, then about 80-90% of students get placed every year, and in our current scenario, it is expected to reach 80-90% for this current batch also. The highest package for our branch is 7.5 LPA, the minimum package is 2 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Reliance Industries Ltd, Volvo Eich...

This college is very good in aspect of return on investment.

Placements: Around 80% of students in my course (B.Tech Mechanical) are placed. Around 60% of students across all courses provided by the institution secure placements. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Volvo Eicher, TCS, Emipro, INOX Air Products, Arvind Envisol, etc.

My college journey of engineering .

Placements: My college has a very poor placement ratio because of their disgusting placement cell; their are no responsible people who take initiative for student future. The only placement that happens in my college in my batch is 2.4 lacs per year, which is very low for an engineering student.

My perspective on UIT RGPV.

Placements: The placement of this college is okay. 50% of students are placed here. Most of the IT students get placed in good companies, but few core companies visit. Most of the students from core branches take placements in IT companies and shift to the IT field.

I am very happy to complete my B.Tech in this college.

Placements: 70-80 percent of students were placed in my college. 14 lacs is the highest package in my college, and the lowest package was 4.5 lacs. LnT, Jindal Group, and Tata are the top recruiting companies in my course. 60-70% of students have got internships at Bansal Company and Tata Group. Top roles offered are site engineer, project manager, etc.

I am not very satisfied with my college because of the placement and college facilities.

Placements: Despite being touted as a strong selling point for our college, the placement process falls disappointingly short in several key areas. First, the overall placement rate is not nearly as high as the college advertises. Many students in my batch were left without job offers even by the end of the final semester, causing stress and uncertainty about their future. Additionally, the few placements that are secured often come with entry-level packages that barely meet industry standards. The average ...

There is no canteen on campus. All students have to go outside this college to have food.

Placements: Out of 100 students maximum 10 students are placed but with bad salary packages. There are no good placements and they do not improve students' results, don't know why. They also make personal grudges with students sometimes. They do not provide internships and students search the internships on their own.

Placements: In mechanical branch there is less possibility of getting campus selection so you need to prepare for government exams . Other than mechanical branch college placement is very many companies come to college for campus selection like TCS, Wipro, Honda, and many more companies.

Brief introduction about UIT RGPV

Placements: In the mechanical branch, there are almost 5-6% of students who get campus placement. The highest placement in my branch is 20 LPA, and the average is 2-3 LPA. There are not such activities in mechanical, but yes, there are many more labs and instruments also. In mechanical, every year, minimum 30-40 % of students take an internship. They get an internship maximum in Eicher.

janvi's review for rgpv university

Placements: Our college provides an internship with recommendations. The faculty was helpful in getting us internships at companies like SAIL and Kiswok Industries. The seniors were also very helpful in providing internships. We had to do a project on the training and give a presentation to the college. This experience helped me in my interviews. Tata Metallic, JSL, JSW, JSPL, Trishan Metals Private Ltd, Kiswok Industries Ltd, Reshmi Metal, and Wipro visited our college. More than 10 companies visited for a...

Actual reality of this college.

Placements: Placement is very good at this college. You become eligible for placement in the 7th semester of B.Tech. with any branch. 700+ companies visited the college at the time of placement, and all take the students on a good salary; it also depends on the students skills. On campus, the highest package is 30 lakhs per annum, and the average package is 7 lakhs per annum, and off campus, the highest package pursued by an alumni of a college is 1 crore per annum. About 85% of students are getting placeme...

University Institute of Technology RGPV at a glance.

Placements: In this college, students with a CGPA of 8.5 and above can secure placements, with an average package of 4.5 LPA. It's a very nice college, and over 50 percent of students in my branch receive internships and many opportunities.

Good to go, if you want to learn.

Placements: I haven't completed my graduation. I am in my second year. But as I have seen my seniors, they were placed in a good place, and there are placement opportunities in the college. Companies like AWS, Microsoft, GitHub, etc. came for interviews. This is a good opportunity.

The worst engineering college.

Placements: Placements are trash here; only mass recruiting companies hire from here, like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys, with packages ranging from 3-7 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA, and the highest is 55 LPA, which is off-campus. On-campus, the highest may be only 12 LPA, so don't come here.

My college gives me the best memories.

Placements: Placements are not that good; they are decent, and mostly students don’t get on-campus placements. Students often find themselves unemployed after completing their degree. Despite having a placement cell, the outcomes are not as expected.

RGPV review & my experience .

Placements: There are more than 250 companies that came last year to my college, with the highest package of 15 LPA. Mostly students get selected in companies with good packages. So, our college has an approach for the appearing companies in college. In my batch, many companies gave an average package of over 3 LPA.

Placements: You can be eligible in your 3rd and 4th year for the placements. Before 2024, there were plenty of companies visiting here, but as of now, there are only non-tech companies and very few tech companies. TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bajaj Finserv, Hexaware, Appointy, Wipro, and a few more local companies visit here. The average package for EC is 3-4 LPA.

Good but you can get the best.

Placements: The placements are decent but not that good. The packages offered are not that good, therefore, the students often go for Masters from some good IITs or for off-campus placements. The highest off-campus package offered was 52 LPA by Google in the year 2024. Therefore, if a student thinks that he/she could get 20 LPA or more, then he should drop the Master’s plan.

Good institute to start the education journey.

Placements: In the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. There are so many multinational companies coming to college, such as Wipro, TCS, IBM, etc. 3.25 lpa is the minimum package, and the highest package is 18.1 lpa. During placement days, we have a lot of pressure. In the last semester, internships are provided to students, and projects; after completion, a certificate is given.
