Detailed review of University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE).

Infrastructure: Classrooms are a little bit old-fashioned; you will get the feel of an old college, but the college view from the outside is just stunning. It feels like you are watching a heritage building. The college hostel is good but is mostly allotted to SC/ST.

The college is good, & there will be no pressure on students, with good placement and alumni network

Infrastructure: The college doesn't have that level of infrastructure, and the college also has less Wi-Fi facility. The library and classrooms of our college are all good. Hostel facilities are also good, but there are no sports tournaments conducted. There is only one canteen.

It is the best choice for students careers.

Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure, it was good with affordable classrooms, well-established libraries, and Wi-Fi was also available with limited access. Hostel was quite maintained well. Food was affordable and eatable. Medical facilities were also available nearby our campus. When it comes to sports, I am disappointed, not giving much importance to that.

I am satisfied because of good faculty and good placements in 2024.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi facility throughout our campus with good internet connectivity. We have a 100-year legacy and library and students can can find almost all kinds of books. Each classroom is equipped with a projector. In hostel we have good facilities and Wi-Fi connection. We also have a water filter for good drinking water supply. Mess offers good food quality and taste. Additionally, we have medical and sports facilities.

This is best college for those who aspire to graduate from one of top colleges in city.

Infrastructure: We have a library with a separate study area, which helps study alone without disturbances. Classrooms are clean and equipped with projector facilities. Each course has a spacious laboratory. Hostel facilities are also provided by college, and they are very comfortable and secure for students.

It is one of the best colleges in Bangalore but placements only depend on students hardwork.

Infrastructure: The college has a good library. Classrooms are old-fashioned. Boys' hostel is pretty decent. The infrastructure is old with old equipment. Boys hostel mess is good. If you want to join this college do not expect anything in infrastructure. The college does not have a playground.

Make a good choice, make a good career. Join UVCE.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure st UVCE is poor. There is enough place to accommodate students for lectures but when compared to other colleges in Bangalore, the area of campus is too less. Shortage of Staff, poor lab facilities. Hostel food is quite good and the new hostel building for boys is amazing. Very less scope for sports and games in college.

The college has good placement and a nice environment. You should learn things on your own.

Infrastructure: The college is like heaven, with a healthy environment and surrounded by nature, amidst the busy city center. The infrastructure is good, but the facilities, I think, are average. The hostel is also heavenly. Once you get settled, the food in the hostel is good and costs only 90 per day, which is impressive.

About our college, placements and hostel.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is a bit old, but classrooms are well-maintained. Hostel facilities are good; compared to other hostels, our hostel food is good, and the infrastructure and rooms are well-maintained. The hostel is near to the college. Overall, it is decent infrastructure. Placements are good in our college, with around 115 companies visiting our campus. In our branch, around 75% were placed in different companies. The highest package in our college is 57 LPA, so you have to study and gain...

Overall placements and college is good, Infrastructure can be better.

Infrastructure: As it is an older university, the infrastructure is not as fancy as in other colleges in Bengaluru. However, the basic necessities required are being provided. There is Wi-Fi with low access points, labs are okay with the instruments and machines for EEE, classrooms are sufficiently spacious, specifically for EEE, and the library has all the books mentioned in the reference books of the syllabus. Hostel: There are three hostels under UVCE, 1) UVCE boys hostel, K R Circle 2) UVCE girls hostel, J...

A very affordable government college with good placement.

Infrastructure: Library, computer labs and Wi-Fi everything is available but if you expect very good infrastructure then this college is not for you, You can go for any other private college. Canteen is quite okay but you may have to compromises for sports and games as there are not too much opportunity. Coming to the hostel, it is quite good and low cost also which anyone can afford.

When it comes to fees it is definitely reasonable. The total fees for the course is 1,94,250.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi but not all the time. Old desks and we have a library, hostels are not bad but ay the same time are not great. We have sports every year and other extracurricular activities as well this college is very quiet as the intake is very less .

Review of University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are provided in the library but not in the hostel. It allots 4 students in a room. The food served is average, but worth the money. There are no sports facilities. Students can create their teams and participate with other college students.

Absolutely happy with the placements and good infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Our labs are well equipped with Wi-Fi, but the instruments in the labs need to improve. There are a lot of changes that have been happening. So things will get better for the upcoming batches. The new hostel has really good infrastructure. And there's a gym in the hostel that promotes sports and games for the students. The food is good. A lot better than many hostels in Bangalore.

Yes, there is a UVCE boys hostel near to the college and girls hostel is also available, but it is a bit far from the college location. Boys and girls hostels are available at Visvesvaraya College of Engineering. The girl's hostel is at Jnana Bharathi, while the boy's hostel is on the city campus.

UVCE boys hostel is so nearer to the college. It is located besides the arts college, behind city civil court. And for girls the hostel is located in J B campus, Bangalore University. As the area where the college is located contains lots of government offices or building, can't find PGs nearby. One
