UIT Review, Prem Nagar Dehradun.
Placements: The college has a total of 350 seats in the BCA program, from which each section has approximately 85 students. The classrooms are quite decent and spacious, consisting of smart boards and projectors. Many companies, such as Microsoft, HCL, etc., approach for interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostels is amazing. These are situated inside the college premises. The college also provides you with every facility required by students, such as medical facilities, canteen, mess, etc. The quality of mess food is great and hygienic.
Faculty: The faculty members of the college are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They have a sweet gesture toward the students. The semester exams are held twice a year, which have a moderate to high level of difficulty. The course curriculum is provided by the college itself.

My honest college review.
Placements: The mentors are very understanding, and the study material and lectures are too helpful. The highest package offered was thirty-five LPA, and the minimum placement package offered was 12-15 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Uttaranchal University is very attractive, and there are different buildings for different courses. The food is very good, totally opposite to what other hostels offer. The living conditions are very good, and the environment is very nice. The view is very nice.
Faculty: I always participate in the quiz competitions because they provide me with new lessons about what I have to learn more. The faculty is very nice. The teachers are very knowledgeable. The semesters are not easy; you have to study hard to score on them. The teachers will always solve your doubts if you have any.
Other: I chose BCA because I have an interest in code, machine languages, and website development. I also see scope in this field for me.

It's a decent college and a little average in fun, and professors are average.
Placements: Fifty percent of students were placed, with the highest package being 8 lakh rupees. The lowest package was 2 lakh, and the average was around 4 lakh. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS, and various startups came to recruit students. Not many secured internship programs, and I can't remember the exact number, so it is what it is.
Infrastructure: The facilities are quite good, with modern labs and committees that function well. There are many classes in labs, and each has different rooms and computers. The library is awesome. I don't know much about the hostel situation as I'm not a hosteller, but my friends who are in the hostel say that the food is good in the mess.
Faculty: Teachers are quite knowledgeable, but they are just like teachers in all private colleges, so don't expect too much. Our C programming teacher is a bit basic; he will teach you to write alphabets and then ask you to write a paragraph using that knowledge. It feels like it's making everyone a corporate slave. Exams are reasonably good, just average.
Other: The best thing about this course is that it introduces you to programming without considering your academic background, and it's an interesting course.

I am impressed by the infrastructure and faculty; those two things are outstanding.
Placements: Placements are not so good; they are average. There are not too many companies coming for hiring, only 5-6 companies come. I am in my 2nd year now, so I haven't attended the placement round yet, but I listen from my seniors. They provide personality development (PD) classes where they teach the placement process, how to behave in an interview, and some important questions. Overall, it's good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is really very good, above average. All the facilities are available inside the campus, like stationary, general store, food court, gym, etc. There is also a lot of beautiful greenery, and the hostels are excellent. The hostel food is also very good. The classrooms are also good, but there is no air conditioning in the labs.
Faculty: The faculty is amazing. They help you in every step, and their way of teaching is outstanding. Exams are divided into two parts: mid-sem and end-sem. Mid-sem contains 20 marks, end-sem contains 60 marks, and 20 marks are for teaching internals. They assign project mentors for your mini-projects, and they support you very well. Overall, the faculty is outstanding.
Other: I chose this course because I think it's a job-oriented course that helps me a lot during placements. Every week, they organize mini-events like competitions, debates, sports, etc. The fest happens once every 3 years.

Uttaranchal University offers a diverse range of programs with good faculty and a scenic campus.
Placements: Around 60% of students got placed. The highest package was 8 lpa and the lowest was around 2 lpa. Top recruiting companies were Accenture, Haldiram's, and Coffee Day. Around 10% of students got internships from my course in different companies, mostly those companies were tech-based.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The college is filled with green lawns. Every department has its own building. The college provides 3 different types of canteens and has its own hospital recently built. Sports activities are often held during the time of freshers.
Faculty: The teachers were definitely helpful and qualified with better knowledge. Yes, the course does make the student industry-ready. The exams are not that tough. 97% of students easily passed in exams. The course is good to study and has a lot to learn from.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in CS. The best thing about the course, I would describe, is being able to learn how to build a website. From my personal experience for 3 years in college, I have seen many events and fests, but they were not that major events.
