Review of Vasavi College of Engineering.

Placements: College is good for dedicated ones. Training and placement staff are dedicated. Internships are only offered in 3.2, not in 2.2. So don't expect an internship in 2.2. Top companies like Amazon and Uber visited with good salaries.

Moderate satisfaction because of everything.

Placements: Placements in our college are good enough with a minimum salary package of 4 LPA. More than 70% of the students got placed in service-oriented jobs. The highest salary package offered is 8.2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Deloitte, Accolite, Service Now, Oracle (recruited 8 students), FMC, etc., visited the campus for placements.

Defects in Vasavi college.

Placements: We have good placements. There are no core placements, i.e. everyone will get the jobs from the software field sector, and no one would get their core job. The average package is 3.5 LPA. This is what about our placements where only 65% of the students are going to be placed while CSE, IT rank top in the placements.

The college is good for CSE and IT branches in the placements. You will be dissatisfied by college.

Placements: The placements offered are good for CSE, IT, ECE students, but ECE students don't get the core jobs. The college offers Pega for CSE, IT, ECE, and SAP for all branches. The placements of electrical are okay, but all are software jobs. The placements of mechanical and civil are less. The placement percentage for CSE and IT is around 90, ECE is around 85, electrical is 45, mechanical is 40, and civil is 35. There are no core jobs for EEE, mechanical, and civil.

I don't understand why this college stood among the top engineering colleges in AP and Telangana. In my experience it does not have any great things compared to what other district colleges have. I had worst experience (academics) in the college. The teaching staff is not so great to be in a top college. Coming to the placements, they bring many IT companies, no core companies for other streams. To boast about the number of placements the college got, they allow everyone to appear for all the co...

It is a strict college like school.

Placements: Many reputed companies are approaching our college, and they even provide training in the seasonal holidays and improve our standard. Most of the students are recruited. Many students got more than two to three offers letters. Faculty members also help students to get through the placements easily and help students to explore more about the subject.
