The college is improving day by day, but when compared to its rivals, it is still good enough.

Placements: 50% (approximately) of students are placed in our college this year, the highest package received this year is around 7,00,000 PA and the average package is around 4,00,000 PA. Hardly 10-20% got internships from our college. Companies like Amazon, TCS, FMC, etc. visited our college.

My Engineering college in Hyderabad .

About 3 percent of people got internships with companies like Visa, ServiceNow, Providence, and Salesforce on campus, while Microsoft and Amazon offered off-campus opportunities.

Very basic college for engineering.

Placements: BE Civil Engineering sees 70 to 80% placements. The highest package is 8 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and top hiring is from L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji, and Tata Projects. Around 50% of students secure internships with Nagarjuna Construction and Ultratech Cement. Roles offered are site engineer, structural engineer, and project manager.

This college is not good in terms of money, time, and effort.

Placements: Placements are average. If you are looking for software jobs then this college is average. There are no core companies that visit our college to hire students. Our seniors got internships at Siemens. The average salary package offered was 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Only software jobs are offered in this course.

Our college is good for academics rather than other activities.

Placements: Almost 95% of students got placed in our course, and rest 5% of students opted for higher studies. The highest salary package offered was 44 LPA by Amazon. The least salary package offered was 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Oracle, Deliver, Principal Global, Energy Tech, Oracle, and Cisco. Around 90% of students got internships in our course. The top roles offered are software engineer and data analyst.

It provides good placements are good but teachers are not good.

Placements: This college is affiliated with Osmania University, ranked 187th out of 300 in India and 12th in Hyderabad for B.Tech according to the NIRF report 2020. Reputed companies participate in the placements drive every year and offer handsome packages to the students. Vasavi College of Engineering witnessed ups and downs during placements. The institute has placed 441 students and the percentage of placements is 77.10%. The highest salary package offered is 21 LPA. The highest stipend during internshi...

I am not satisfied with the college.

Placements: Almost all people get placed in the CSE, IT, or ECE branches. But most of the companies are service-based. There will be rigorous placement training in the 3rd year last sem. Around 12 LPA is the average package, the highest changes every year and it depends more on the individual. Top companies are Oracle, Service now, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, etc., very less students do internships, according to their interests.

Overall, I guess this is not a great college.

Placements: I've heard that there are decent placements in our college. I don't know much about it because I'm not in my final year yet. Since we have very less interaction with our seniors, it is hard for me to say about placements.

It is good for placements and early job opportunities. Otherwise, it is not good.

Placements: A lot of placement opportunities will be available here, but they all are offered with basic salary packages. Only a few of the placements include top salary packages and good companies. Almost 90% to 95% of students will get placed, so in terms of placements, this college is good.

Review of Vasavi College of Engineering - VCE.

Placements: Placements are decent enough here compared to other nearby colleges. You won't get top-notch salary packages as in IITs and IIITs, but students can apply for off-campus placements. From the ECE branch, it is not much simple to get placed in good companies if you want placements in core companies. Most of them opt for higher education while some settle in software jobs. More than 90% of the students from the ECE branch got placed with the highest salary package of 9 LPA with software jobs last ye...

Placements: 1. 23% of students were placed in my course. 2. Salary offered, highest 6 lpa and the lowest 1lpa. 3. Ashoka builders is the company offered the job. 4. Design engineer was the role offered. 5. Average is 2 lpa is the average salary offered in my course. 6. 5 person students got internship from my course in the companies.

This college is just like a school.

Placements: Our college placements ranked 1st in the last couple of years in combined Andhra Pradesh states. The highest salary package was 22 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, Adobe, Wipro, etc., visit the campus for placements. There is a placement cell on the campus, and it plays a crucial role.

If you need only studies then choose this, if you need enjoyment also, then choose other college.

Placements: In 2016, 70% members got placements, and in 2017, just seven members got placed. There are many placements, but all cannot get into placements into core branch. We need to have extra knowledge of other branches of courses. Then only you will get placements. Otherwise, you cannot. You come to this college only for studies.

Though the campus doesn't reach our expectation, one can graduate as the better individual.

Placements: To be frank, the placements opportunities are more from IT companies, the ECE students too attend those and get the handsome packages (average 5 LPA). There is a less scope for ECE core companies to visit the campus. I believe that self-development is required to meet the core company requirements to get hired. The skills that have been developing by the college are not at all sufficient to pursue in the electronics field.

No extracurriculars but only co- curriculars.

Placements: Our college has a very good placement facility for students from CSE and IT branches. Top companies like Microsoft, Accenture and Deloitte visit our campus for placements. There are very few companies visiting the college for core branch placements like mechanical, civil and EEE. Almost half of the core branch students attend CSE and IT placements for the sake of Jobs. From CSE and IT, almost 90%of the students will get placed in good companies. From mechanical and civil, on an average, about 65...

The college offers a bundle of information and a pinch of knowledge. Placed, but lost in life.

Placements: The placements of Vasavi college are its biggest asset. The college ensures that almost 85-90% of students are being placed. The companies giving good packages usually cater to the CSE & IT departments with companies like PEGA Systems - 8 lakhs, Oracle - 7.5 lakhs, Acolyte - 10 lakhs and PEGA drive taking bulk recruitments with 4.5 lakh packages. The EEE and ECE are given a chance with eligibility for Deloitte - 6 lakhs package ( for which the CSE and IT are also eligible) and hardly a core com...

Good college. But strict discipline and CSE branch is not so good when compared to another branches. If a student is fully dedicated only to studies and want to get placed in top companies, should join this college. Sports activities are less and attendance is must in classes.

Placements: In the department of computer science and engineering, 99% of placements will be guaranteed, and the remaining 1% will choose higher studies. The highest package is INR 60 LPA provided by Amazon, and the lowest will be provided by some service-based companies like TCS. Major highlights for the residents are service now, which offers a good amount of INR 28 LPA, and companies like Providence, which also provide the same package of INR 27 LPA.
