The college values for money more than education and the students. In one word the worst college.

Placements: I am an ECE student passed out in 2019 and when it comes to placements only 5 out of 75 students got placed that too in a very low scale company. No core related companies visited our college for placements. The companies which conducted placements were fraud and all are BPOS.

It has good infrastructure and faculty, but placements are average, and fee structure was average.

Placements: Placements are good, but different companies visit the college every year. Maximum of the students get placed, and the remaining students also try to get placed. Students have the worst experience with a few companies. Only two to three companies that visit college are good, but they recruit only a few students.

VELS University has good and friendly faculty, good infrastructure and all facilities.

Placements: Centre for career development (CCD) at VELS University not only functions as the working body to facilitate the smooth working of the placement activities but also works to facilitate training activities to the students. It makes sure that the students get placed in the best national and international companies.

VISTAS is the best college with the best fee structure.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. BPO companies visit the campus for placements, but we are expecting core companies for placements. The college trains students to perform better in campus interviews. Thus, there are many good things to study in VELS University. Faculty members are very friendly with students.

A good college and nice teaching.

Placements: The college has good placement facilities for students. Companies like HCL, HP and TCS recruit students in good numbers. They select students based on their skills and help them to bring out most of their talents. Companies this year were quite selective and hired students who can cope up with company requirements and help in the further development of the company.

Definite Enjoyment with Education.

Placements: Placements for my field are mostly from BPO's (call centres). Companies like Ford have also visited. Roles such as beginner or learner for big companies have been given to the students. Average salary offered is 25 thousand rupees. Percentage of 60 percent get internship in our college.

Complex fees structure,Less trained faculties, Poor Placements,Infrastructure

Placements: Poor placements for Computer Science and engineering department. The people who got placed are placed by BPO's and call centres mostly. The highest placement offer 32,000 per month for MBA department. In the engineering department the placements are not too good. Big Companies like Amazon came to recruit but no one was recruited. Very few students were placed. Less than 5 students got job letter in our department salary was between 8,000 to 15,000 per month as per my knowledge.

VISTAS - good for certification and exposure in core level knowledge. Not good placement.

Placements: There is a poor placement record. Initially, they placed the students in some of the tier 3 companies and some voice process industry. I am the one who placed in one medium scale industry (dong Sung Pvt Ltd) and offer letter is not issued properly. Instead, they gave one dummy offer letter from some consultancy which is not even existed properly. I waited for nearly 4 months after that I am not getting proper information from placement department after I left my college.

Absolutely not recommended for education.

Placements: The placements are not good. In our batch, around 4-5 people were placed out of 120 people that too in tier-3 companies. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary was Rs. 18,000 per month. The placement cell was formed during our final year but got closed before our batch finishes off.

Absolutely satisfied in all aspects.

Placements: Overall, the university placements were good. Since the university has programs in also most all disciplines, the overall placement was about 92%. The package given by IT companies was high. However, the package given by core Industries were medium. I have tremendous confidence that in the upcoming years, the placements will improve to a great extent.

Placements: In this college, the placements were very bad. In my batch, only 6 members were placed out of 100 students. They need to improve the placement facilities and contact MNCs and IT companies.

The infrastructure of college is good. It has separate buildings for different departments. The faculty teaching method is quite good. The faculty is helpful whenever students need their assistance. I was motivated to join this college because of the faculty of this college as they have always given us the positive energetic. And indeed, it does help students a lot. It has a big canteen where you could really see the hunger of engineering students during lunch time. Every year college conducts f...
