Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry(PCM) as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from academic year 2000-2002 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidate must have scored minimum mentioned marks in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern. Very great cultural clubs, very low placements in 2024.

Placements: I am in my 4th year now, and right now there are many companies coming to take us. But on a scale of 1 to 10, only 1 student is getting placed or offered a job. For example, out of 500, only 6 were placed. The highest package we got is 25 LPA and the least is 4.1 LPA. Software developer roles were offered and the top company is Cognizant.

Infrastructure: We have great labs, libraries, and classrooms. All are well-equipped and all are functioning well. We have no problems with it, and coming to the canteen, it is average. The food tastes average, but the cost is high. Sports and games are given special care in our college. There are many students who have achieved medals from our college.

Faculty: All faculty members are well-trained professionals. Some of them even have doctorates. They don't miss any opportunity to make their students better. From academics to career guidance, they share their knowledge and experience. The curriculum is so relevant and all topics are covered to make you industry-ready. On a scale of 1 to 5, the exam difficulty is [missing], and the pass percentage is 35 marks out of 100.

Other: I chose this course because it was trending in the market and I made the best choice. I learned so much from this course. And the other highlight is our college’s cultural clubs; they are the best thing in college. They help you step out of your comfort zone and let you overcome the fear that was holding you back.

VJIT has really good facilities.

Placements: The highest package is 18 LPA, the average package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Our college provides good placements to all the students and gives them many opportunities. The top recruiting companies are Accenture and TCS. The roles offered are software trainee, software developer, and software engineer .

Infrastructure: The facilities on campus are pretty good and provide us with 24/7 access to practical classes in the labs. The library has so many collections, which provide us with a lot of knowledge and the canteen has the best food with hygienic facilities. It also provides many games in the sports complex .

Faculty: The faculty have good knowledge about the subject and have good qualifications, which are helpful in the research projects. They explain very well the theory and practical knowledge. The difficulty of the subject is average while writing the semester.

Other: I chose this computer science engineering major because I am very interested in the software side and it has many opportunities to work at the top MNC's and develop new projects.

Review of Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology.

Placements: I am not a passed out yet, but what I have heard from my seniors is that they got really nice placements. Companies such as Amazon, IBM, TCS, Teach Mahindra, and many more come for placement drives, and a really good number of students are selected. The highest package so far is 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of VJIT is very good, but the only issue is that the washrooms are not clean, and there is no continuous water supply. Always check the water supply before using washrooms. The classrooms are equipped with projectors, which help in easy understanding of the topics. The libraries have a wide range of books.

Faculty: The faculty varies from branch to branch. The faculty allocated to our branch is very knowledgeable and experienced. The teaching quality is also good. The syllabus is affiliated to JNTU, and in each semester, there are three types of examinations. There are two mid-exams and one semester end exam.

An experience to cherish.

Placements: To be honest, this year has been tough for placements in almost all colleges, but we did see gradual improvement towards the end with MNCs like Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, and Deloitte. Our highest package was 27 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. Top recruits were from major companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Ediko, Virtuasa, Capgemini, and TCS. This year, more than 60-70% of students were placed.

Infrastructure: We have good amenities. The classrooms are equipped with projectors and boards for better explanations. The labs are well-maintained with a good Wi-Fi connection. The campus is overall clean, and the library area is vast and useful, providing all the required materials. Books can be borrowed from the library for a nominal fee of Rs. 50 each, or a complete set of materials for all four years can be obtained anytime during the course by paying Rs. 4500. The quality of hostels is good, providing comfortable accommodations and necessary facilities. The canteen food is also good, with high quality. Additionally, we have a hospital and medical store right in front of our college for emergencies. Sports and games are encouraged, with state and college-level tournaments held each year that bring out the best players from our state and country.

Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified, with each member holding degrees and Ph.D.s in their respective specialties. They are very knowledgeable, and we can reach out to them anytime for our doubts. The courses are definitely relevant and prepare students for real-world opportunities. The difficulty level always depends on the students' preparation, as the exams cover what has been taught in class.

Other: I pursued Computer Science and Engineering from this college because it is one of the leading courses that provides knowledge about current market needs. We have several events throughout the year, including hackathons and various festivals. The main fest is conducted every year between February and March. Extracurricular activities are encouraged among students, and scholarships are provided based on caste and parental income certificates.

College: The place which feels like home.

Placements: The placements are decent, with the highest package being 15 lakhs per annum and the average package being 8 lakh per annum. 80% of students are being placed every year. Top recruiting companies are Amazon and TCS. The lowest package is 4 lakh per annum.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, with very experienced faculty teaching us . The labs are also updated with all the required equipment for the students . The canteen is a good place for food and we get quite a good amount of food available there, which is healthy.

Faculty: The faculty is very experienced and they share a very good amount of useful knowledge with the students . Our curriculum is designed by the experienced staff and professors and our college is affiliated with JNTUH. The semester end exams are held strictly and are up to the syllabus.

What is the admission procedure to take admission for B.Tech CSE?

Hello Nikhil, VJIT is an institute which is not in Mumbai but in Hyderabad. The famous Institute in Mumbai with almost similar alphabets is VJTI or Veermata Jijabai Technical Institute. The institute in Hyderabad admits students based on the entrance test conducted by Telangana state called EAMCET.
