It is a good and affordable college under Calcutta University.
Placements: Nothing has been offered till now, but I know they offer placements because my older brother has graduated from the same college, and their batch got placement opportunities. I remember that they were asked to give interviews for TCS and some other companies. The college is good.
Infrastructure: I don't stay in any hostel or mess. The classrooms are big and airy, and our college has Wi-Fi. As I study English, I don't need labs, but for other subjects, I know labs are available. Our college does have a big library plus a gym. There is also a canteen.
Faculty: The teaching facility is quite good, and they are knowledgeable and helpful. As an English literature student, I feel that we are ready to face life as an adult. The exams are quite easy for those who have studied. The pass percentage is actually above 90%.

A college where you can learn and built your future.
Placements: First of all, you can't get a placement or job from this college by doing a Bachelor degree in this subject. You have to do at least a Masters degree in this subject to get a job or placement. This is an undergraduate campus so many companies do not offer you placement here.
Infrastructure: This college has a great infrastructure. In my department, we have a great clean classroom. We also have a department library as well as a college library with lots of books. If you have computer science as a general subject you can use the computer lab in your campus building. This college has two buildings with great labs for every subject. This college also has Wi-Fi where you can get daily 1 Gb data every day. This college does not have any personal hostel but you can get many hostels and PG near the college in budget range some of them provides great quality food also. The college has a gym, table tennis, ground, and a clean canteen also.
Faculty: The teachers of our department are very helpful and friendly. They always take care of us. If you have any questions about studies they will help you at any time. They are very frank. They have great knowledge about this subject. They prepare you not for passing the semester but also for higher studies and competitive exams. They also organise the yearly excursion. The semester exams are taken every six months. In the form of viva, internal and theory. The questions of viva and internal are prepared by the teachers of this college but the theory question papers are set by CU. The questions are pretty good if you study well you can answer all of them.

Top 10 College in Kolkata
Placements: The course is very easy, thanks to our teachers' guidance. They offer an average package, and 20% of students get a chance. They provide multiple job roles. I am very satisfied, but this is a normal graduation college, so you can't expect very much from them. Overall, it's a good experience.
Infrastructure: The classroom is very clean, and the environment is so good. The staff is very helpful. There is no hostel attached to the college. Wifi, a canteen, and a playground are available. The food quality is very good and reasonable, and the staff's behavior is also good. Seniors are very helpful.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. I am impressed. The semester exam is easy for us because our teachers guide us. They provide all the notes. If you get 20 out of 65, then you pass. Teachers are very polite and down-to-earth, and I am very grateful.
Other: I love these subjects, so I chose this course. Joining this college is the best decision for me. I am very grateful. College life is very fun. They organize freshers' events, and we enjoyed a lot.

It is a very good institute with familiar teachers.
Placements: In India, maximum 10% of the people are in BA course with journalism and mass communication. Our college offers very good guidance over this and also organises internships in final semesters. They prepare us for internship works by technical guidance.
Infrastructure: Our college has a vast area with two parts of buildings in which one is the old one, and the other is new. It does not have very good infrastructure because of its age, but it has a canteen containing enough food. It organises sports events for all of the students, including girls.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they arrange seminars for us. Qualified professors give us speeches regarding our semester. They also give us assignments related to our field by which we gain sufficient experience of work in radio recording, making journals and documentary film making.
Other: I have chosen this course because our course is applicable in every field of government jobs, and they offered scholarships also. Our college organises events like freshers, fests and religious events like Saraswati Puja, etc.

Good college under calcutta university.
Placements: The placements are not so good to be very honest. As every college has its own placement committed which has its own rules and regulations that students have to obey. The good students do get placed in good companies in the city. The placement of the students of journalism department is nice.
Infrastructure: The college has a big playground, it also has separate block for commerce, arts and Science. Gym, library is also there. Canteen is there. Cameras are there all over the campus. The classrooms are quite big and spacious. The overall infrastructure is pretty decent.
Faculty: The following courses are there, Journalism, Mass communication, Political Science, Sociology Food and nutrition, Film studies. The teachers are highly educated and they are even helpful when approached by even for a single doubt. All the courses are in well versed with the standard.
Other: Events and fests happen all around the year. Some Bengal bands also come for the performance which the youth of the college enjoys. The surroundings are very clean.

Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements in our college were pretty good. TCS visited the campus to recruit the students, and 10% of the students from our class got placed. This is a huge percentage considering that the placements are not offered to regular courses. They also recruited other candidates from other departments. The average salary offered to the students was Rs. 15,000 which was sufficient for a beginner. The companies were keen on making the girls independent and gave us the time to complete our exams and then join the organisation.
Infrastructure: Quality of classrooms was pretty good. We also used the library to its full potential. The canteen provided healthy and tasty food at minimal prices. Classrooms were pretty clean and well ventilated. The canteen also maintained hygiene. Laboratories have good ventilation. The new classrooms had white walls which beautifully reflect the sunlight in classrooms. Projectors are available to show movies.
Faculty: The teachers were very co-operative and knowledgeable. They provided quality teaching using modern techniques. The student to faculty ratio was 10:1. The teachers formed small groups of students and decided to take the group under their tutelage to provide the students with special coaching after the slotted class. They encouraged us to write our own papers and were always ready to correct them for us and point out our mistakes.
