Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Mysore

Placements: Placements in our college are average and the total number of students placed in our batch is about 60%. Most of the students placed in our college are getting below 5 LPA, and a few are placed above 5 LPA. The companies that visited our college for our batch were mostly startups.

Placements: About 75-80 percentage of students were placed in computer Science and engineering. The highest package of 2023 batch was about 27 Lacs per annual. And the lowest package of 2023 batch in computer Science and engineering was about 4 Lacs annually. And average was almost 6 to 7 Lacs annually. Companies like IBM, HP and many product based and TCS, Infosys service based companies and many more start up visit for campus placement.

Placements: As we know that just engineering syllabus doesn't make you industry ready, our college has a dedicated TAP (Training and placement) department which works in making students industry-ready. They help us in both on-campus and off-campus recruitment. They ensure that each student is placed somewhere.

Placements: Placements were pretty good and provided enough opportunities for students. Though no big MNCs or core companies (for EC students) came in, it provided enough exposure. 70 to 80 % students were placed. Highest salary offered was 5 LPA and the lowest was 1.8 LPA.
