An institute with nice bunch of faculty members who always back the students to grow.
Placements: Very less percent of students were placed from our college. Infact the main reason behind this very less companies come during campus interview! During my batch of 2019 only 3 students were placed. But students are properly trained such that they can crack offcampus interviews.
Infrastructure: Quality of hostel is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable. Hostel has Wi-Fi facility and TV. Canteen food is also okay canteen offers special food during festivals. Immediate medical facilities are provided whenever someone is sick or injured. There is indoor games hall and outdoor playground were students can enjoy any sports they like.
Faculty: Teachers are highly skilled and helpful. They help us out in anyway they can. Semester and internal exams are also of good level. The courses are curriculum relevant and makes one ready for industry The faculty members give same level of focus on practicals as that to theory.
Other: I choose this course because the faculty members here try to give knowledge to students on 1-1 basis. They try their level best to help each student understand the concepts from grassroot level. Some improvements in the practicals can be done but its still okay. Fests are organised once a year for 2 days and a lot of activities and games are organised for students. Scholarships are provided to meritorious and poor students. Campus surrounding has a homely environment and has peace everytime. Extracurricular activities are also well focused apart from studies.

Absolutely disappointed with this college bad faculties, bad placements, average infrastructure.
Placements: The placements were really a mess in our college since 3 years. Most of the companies appeared to be fake and only a few existed. Those were Arcotech, Accel Frontline, Mobilloite. Among these I was placed in one. But these all are small and medium range enterprises offering a starting salaries around 10k to 15k for the position of Management trainees and Technical consultant. They will assure you for 100% placements at the time of joining but the reality will be only 30% and that too if you are fortunate enough to be placed in real one. They don't offer you to appear than one placements. If you get selected in one you are out of the game. The placement cell existed during our batch but later at the time of our juniors it is removed and is handled by the director and dean of the college. During our time there were two personnel handling this department who were minimal cooperative. They won't answer your queries properly and always keep the student in a dilemma. They are mostly money oriented and they charged us an amount 15k for getting placed apart from your regular academic fees. So I request to all the future aspirants not to join this college and spoil your lives.
Infrastructure: We had Wi-Fi facility but most often it won't be available for the day scholars but hostel residents can make use of it. Labs were well furnitured with all required equipments, machines and devices as per the syllabus. The classrooms were neat and well ventilated (don't expect ACs). The library was good but its not like you can go and pick your book from the shelf. You have to go to the librarian and tell the name of the book. He will get the book for you. Even if u want to read during class hours it is restricted. The library is opened only after the class hours where you can take the book to home and return it after a week failing which you will be penalized. Sports and games happen once a year and other times you will not be allowed to see the playground. The hostelers can utilise their after class time in the playground but for day scholars its of no use. The indoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis are also available but will only be allowed for a stipulated time of 1pm to 2pm during the lunch break. The canteen and food can be given a 3 out of 5 rating. The hostel rooms are available for 3 in each room whose maintenance depends only on the students but cleaning and dusting will be done by the workers on a daily basis. The only issue with the infrastructure is that even if you have everything infront of you, you will not be able to utilise them because of the time constraint and irrelevant rules of college.
Faculty: The faculty is the major disappointment in the college. They are qualified but not knowledgeable. They only teach word to word from the book. It is better to say read instead of teach because most of them will use guides available for the subjects for teaching. They don't give you any knowledge outside course. The only method of teaching is chalk and blackboard. There is no any kind of industrial exposure. The student to faculty ratio is 1:50. As per me the syllabus was not well updated as per the current industrial situations. So the faculty and course curriculum is major minus point for this college.

Other: VITAM college is situated at Sontyam, Visakhapatnam district. Our college has a good and experienced faculty and the studies focus more on the subject knowledge than the usual ranking system. It has a better infra structure than many engineering colleges in the city. Spacious class rooms, Well equipped labs and spacious play ground are its biggest assets. This college also encourages students to participate in various sports and also won prizes.

It is a college with good facilities.
Placements: Around 70 percent of people are placed in our college. Campus placements are done in very good form. We had specialized faculty and they have done Ph.D. Also, it's very good and nice to join in Vignan institute of information and technology. Overall nice, all roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The facilities are awesome because the first-year block is very nice. The infrastructure is superb I mean it because I have joined by seeing the benches only. Sports and games are conducted in a very good and nice college hostel also there for both girls and boys.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, knowledge person graduates because they have done the Ph.D. They have completed their doctorate so they had lots of knowledge. They will tell everything, it's overall it's like a school in my point of view.
Other: Because I can go to both software and hardware side so I preferred this course. There is lots of improvement there because lots of things happen before covid our college is famous for fests, and activities lots of things happens but now there is nothing NGS happening.
