Placements: Very few companies visited the campus for placements of our batch. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. The average salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Most of the companies in which EC students were placed offered roles of computer engineers. Very few students got placed through college.

Placements: There are not great placements, but the companies that seek computer engineer at VGEC provide normal package of around 6-12 Lacs per annum. There has been decrease in number of students placed ON CAMPUS also companies such as TCS, have stopped coming to VGEC. About internship, the college do not provide any effort to make sure that students take proper work experience before the get job, so if one can do internship by self, that will be the only option. Placements: Vishwakarma is good in providing placements for selected branches like CSE, etc., but there are no placements in chemical, civil and mechanical. Some marketing companies come for placements where you can sit for campus interviews.

Placements: Almost no placements in core field. Just mass IT recruiters. Only 10 out of a class of 200 were placed in Torrent. 40% of the remaining were placed in IT companies like Infosys and TCS. The placement officers were asking students for contacts if they could bring some companies.

Placements: TCS offered the highest salary package of 7.0 LPA to 3-4 students. For computer and IT courses, more than 7-8 companies visited here for placements, and out of 120 students, about 30 students got selected in them. The rest of the students are willing to study abroad or opting for training. Students who are not selected are trying to get placed in good companies.
