2. XISS offers PGDM in four specializations: Human Resource Management (HRM),  Rural Management (RM),  Marketing Management (MM), and Financial Management (FM).
3. Hostel Fees (2024):

• Boys currently stay at St. Paul’s Hostel, and a new boys’ hostel is under construction.

• 1 Seater: 10,000 per month

The Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi accepts several national-level entrance exams, including CAT,  XAT and CMAT for admission to PGDM courses. XISS Ranchi offers PGDM course across four specialisations. These are HRM,  Rural Management,  Financial Management and Marketing Management. Admission to all the specialisations is offered based on candidates' scores obtained in either XAT/ CAT or CMAT entrance exam.
