Established in July 2017, the Xavier School of Economics (XSE) is a school/department under Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB). Functioning from the picturesque campus of XUB (city campus), this institute is functioning from the city campus of XUB. Xavier School of Economics BSc (Hons) Admission Process 2022

At UG level, XSE offers a full-time three-year BSc (Hons) in Economics programme. This BSc (Hons) programme, offered by XSE, is backed by the academic rigour and excellence that all the institutions under XUB are renowned for. For XSE BSc admission, candidates must have passed their Class 12. Also, it is preferred that candidates have Maths as a subject in Class 12 for admission but is not mandatory. Xavier School of Economics Application Process 2022

Xavier School of Economics' application process is completely online. Candidates seeking admission need to apply on the official website of XUB (www.xub.edu.in) via a computer with an active internet connection (the University recommends using a computer for application with Chrome, IE-V11 and Mozilla as best-suited browsers).

Step-by-step process of online application

Step 1: Visit the UG application page (xubug.fdsbase.com/) to apply for BSc (Hons) in Economics

Step 2: Click on ‘Apply’ in front of the course

Step 3: Register using personal details such as name, email-id and contact number

Step 4: Log in using the registration number and password sent by the University on the contact details added in the previous step

Fill the complete application form with all the details asked and submit it

NOTE: The application form once submitted could not be edited. Also, there is no need for the submission of a hard copy unless asked by the University officials.

Xavier School of Economics Application Fee 

XSE application fee for BSc (Hons) in Economics programme is tabulated below.

* Since the application process is University-specific, candidates can apply for other UG programmes too (that are offered via other schools under XUB). Application fee, in that case, is increased with INR 300 for every subsequent course selected by the student.

Xavier School of Economics Scholarships

Xavier School of Economics via Xavier University Bhubaneswar offers a number of scholarships to the UG students. Details are mentioned below:

• Students with 85% aggregate in Class 12 are provided 50% course/tuition fee waiver at the time of admission. This offer continues if the student secures at least 8.0 CGPA in each of the subsequent years.
• Meritorious Scholarships are also awarded to the topper of each University programme at the end of the year which leads to a course/tuition fee waiver of 50%
• Three students from SC/ ST/ economically backward/ minority categories get a 50% course/tuition fee waiver
