Branding of Xavier School of Rural Management.

Placements: 100 % placement this year with the highest package of 13 Lacs per annum. The companies come from diversified sectors. Till date only xsrm has been getting 100% placement. The mean would be 7.5 Lacs. The batch is also a diversified batch which helps the placement team to bring in diversified companies.

XIMB, the next generation university.

Placements: The MBA RM programme at Xavier University has consistently achieved 100% placements from the inception of the course. The course was started long ago in 1995 as a programme in rural management at XIMB, hence having alumni in senior positions; which is one of the reasons for achieving 100% placements over the years.
