Exposure to industry and a good environment.

Placements: All students were placed during my tenure at XIM. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Axis, ICICI Bank, RBL, EY, and other reputed firms. All students got internships. Product manager, consultant, accounts manager, and many other good roles are offered.

India's 2nd best MBA- RM course with 100 percent placement record for years.

Placements: XSRM has a legacy of 100 per cent placement for years. The highest package offer for the batch of 2018-20 is 8 13.2 lacs p.a. If we see the avg. placement package in the corporate sector then it is above 9 lacs p.a. Major recruiters are BFSI and Micro-finance.

I am very satisfied with the college.

Placements: Around 100% of placements were recorded in reputed companies of India like Decathlon, Amul, etc. The highest salary package offered was 17 LPA the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA and average salary package offered was 8 LPA. Roles offered was marketing manager, semi management jobs. The sectors are normally rural development, microfinance Bank, marketing, finance, etc.

Placements: The college brings in myriad of companies for placements. The students gets placed with decent package. The companies are from various sectors like consulting, development, microfinance. Placements: The rural management programme at XSRM has a proven track record of placing all the students since the inception of the programme in 1995. The institute has dedicated placement team comprising of students, faculty members and full time placement support staffs.

A glimpse to the tidbits of my college.

Placements: I would say its descent not the best though. Please do choose your options wisely. Every kind of guidance provided but the only thing is since this is a niche course so you need to be flexible enough to handle each and every kind of situations. Rest upto you.

A good college of Rural Management.

Placements: It has been increasing every year. For the batch of 2017-19, the average package stood at 8 Lacs per annun and the highest package stood at 15 Lacs per annum. The students had offers from BFSI, Financial inclusions, development, consulting and marketing sector.

In all, I am satisfied with quality of teaching.

Placements: Major companies that come are of micro finance, marketing, consultancy and development sector. There was 100% placement of 2017-19 batch and all the students of 2018-20 batch got the internship from college. Students can find about the placements on the website of xsrm.

Placements: I got placed in BRLPS, Government Of Bihar. It's a society formed by Department of Rural Development by Government of Bihar for Livelihood promotion and social empowerment of the rural poor. It joined hand with World Bank and Central GoI's NRLM project to plan and implement various schemes.

Placements: The college maintains 100% placement legacy. The highest salary package was 15 LPA, and the average salary package was around 8 LPA were offered this year. A good place for students who are genuinely looking to pursue rural management.

Placements: Almost 100% placements are available for students who appear for campus placements. Salary packages range from 4 LPA to 16 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, Amul, etc., visit our campus to hire students, while startups companies like Rural Yellow offer the highest salary packages. Companies from various sectors like development, consultancy, FMCG, banking, etc., visit the campus for placements.

Best two years of life, good placement, very satisfied.

Placements: We have got 100 placement for the batch 2017-19 and 2016-18. The highest package was 15 Lacs. And the lowest was 6 lacs. Management Trainee roles was offered to many students. Around 95 percent got summer internship from college and others choose to do it by themselves. The highest stipend offered was 60000 pm. Yes we have a placement cell. It was very efficient for achieving 100 percent placement.

Placements: Placement at XUB rural management is 100% with the highest package around 15lpa and average package between 7-8LPA. The placement is highly active and continuously tries to engage the student by providing them with time to time interaction with an industry expert. Placements: Placement rates are varied with each course in XUB. We achieve 100% placements. As far as the placement number of rural management department is concerned, the average salary package offered is 7.5-8 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest was 6 LPA. We have a placement committee that handles placement activities, and they give their best to offer placement opportunities to almost all the students.

Placements: Placements for the students of MBA-RM are very good, and they were offered with high salary packages. The number of companies visiting for recruitment is increasing every year.
