Placements: The course is for developing the executive skills in the human resources domain, and hence the placement was not the key factor to almost all the students in the batch. Most of the students were the working professionals and were looking for more enhancement to their knowledge and a deeper grounding in the theoretical aspects of the domain knowledge.

Placements: The placements were pretty smooth and swift. The whole batch of 364 students was placed within a record-breaking two days in various reputed companies. The highest stipend for our batch was Rs. 2.5 lakhs per month, which was offered by JPMC. The lowest salary can go up to Rs. 25000 but only a couple of students received this stipend. The average stipend was Rs. 93000, which was a new record for the college. All the big FMCG companies and banks visited the campus. ...

Placements: The placements were excellent with a maximum salary package of 14 LPA across 360 students. There was 100% placement with a range between 40 to 10 LPA for all students. Some of the big companies who visited were HUL, McKinsey, BCG, PepsiCo, ITC, Colpal, Samsung etc. Roles were offered in the business and consulting domains. The internship was 100% available with highest being around 5 LPA to 50k with an average around 1.2lpa.

Placements: The brand XLRI plays an immense role your CV. By God's grace, the students are placed in the top-notch industries with the higher salary. It had placements in the sector such as FMCG, FMCD, Consulting, IT etc. It got 100 percent placements with minimum CTC of 19.8 lac per annum. Hul, Nestle, Dabur, ITC, perfetti, Godrej, LG, Tata, Sony, Samsung, Boston consulting group, McKenzie, TCS, Wipro, Accenture were the few glimpse of the placement.

Placements: When I joined the college, mine was the 3rd batch to graduate. Placements for my seniors were pretty good. Companies like Unisys, Oracle, Bluestar had come for on-campus placement for them. Same was the case for my juniors (as far as I got to know). But during my batch, though Unisys, HP had come for on-campus placement, the JD was mainly for Tech Support kind of roles. Placements: The placements always happen to roll out highly desirable offers for the students. Offers are in diverse roles and it gives a jump start to the career of the budding managers. In the internships too, the students get really attractive offers and a lot of them also end up getting a pre-placement offer.

Placements: 100% placement in both summer internship process as well as final placement process. The roles offered are really diverse and really good for the long term career development of the students. Human resource management students get both corporate HR roles as well as industrial relations role.

Placements: For both our batch and the batches before/after us, placements were almost 100% with 2-3 outliers in each batch, who were also eventually placed. The highest offer was 34 lakhs, while the median salary was 17 lakhs. Roles usually involve mid-level management across verticals depending on specialisation (finance, marketing etc.). The highest stipend for the internship was 1.5 lakh per month.

Placements: The placements in this college are excellent as usual. All the top companies visit our campus. There is not a single year in our history where a person was left unplaced. Placements: For my batch, the placements were decent, but the entire batch of 180 students got placed. FMCGs, startups like Ola, Uber, pharmaceutical and consulting companies came for the placements. The roles/projects offered varied from company to company; i.e., industrial relations, corporate HR, talent acquisition, OD projects, employee engagement, HRBP etc.

The curriculum is very well designed, covers theory and practical both. There are many group projects that help one go beyond their comfort zone and delve into unknown territories.
