MGKVP Diploma Admission 2021

The University offers diploma programmes in several Languages, Drama and Singing. The selection of students for the programme is based on a candidate’s intermediate scores. Eligibility criteria for the same is as follows:

MGKVP Application Process 2021

MGKVP application process is conducted through an online mode. Candidates, who fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, can register via official website of the University. Below mentioned is the step-wise application process:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the University, www.mgkvp.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on “Apply Now” and signup/ login.

Step 3: Fill in the required personal and academic details.

Step 4: Upload required documents, including qualifying exam marksheet and a passport-size photograph.

Step 5: Pay the application fee online via debit/ credit card or net banking.

• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet
• UG marksheet (if applicable)

MGKVP Scholarships 2021

The University offers several merit and need-based scholarships under all categories. Apart from these scholarships, candidates can also apply for various scholarships offered by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Details regarding MGKVP scholarships are mentioned below:

Scholarship for College and University Students:

Candidates are awarded with a maximum scholarship of Rs 2,000 per month based on their HSC scores. The scholarship of Rs 1,000 is offered at graduation level for the first three years and Rs 2,000 per month at post-graduation level. Students pursuing professional courses are awarded with a scholarship of Rs 2,000 per month in the fourth and fifth year.

Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ ST Students

All SC/ ST students who have completed Class 10 are eligible for this scholarship. Under this scholarship, the students will get maintenance allowance, reimbursement of compulsory non-refundable fees, study tour charges, thesis typing/ printing charges for research scholars, book allowance, book bank facility for specified courses and more.

National Means cum Merit Scholarship

Students, who have successfully completed Class 8 with 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ ST students) are eligible for this scholarship. The selection of students is based on the state-level exam in Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). The maximum amount of the scholarship is Rs 6,000 per year.

National Scheme for Incentive for the Girl Child for Secondary Education

This scholarship is awarded to all girl students who have completed Class 9 from any school or Class 8 from KGBV. The scholarship is given for two years with an amount of Rs 3,000 per year.
