The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi offers a four-year full-time B.Des course at the undergraduate level. When filling out the NIFT 2024 application form, you will have to upload your photograph and signature. The accepted specifications for the documents are mentioned below. Photograph - Upload only a recent scanned passport size color photograph. The accepted file size should be no more than 100KB. The accepted format is jpeg only. Signature - The scanned signature should be in Blue/Black ink on white background. The accepted file size is 100KB (maximum). The file should be in jpeg format only.

Further, the highest, average and lowest packages offered during NIFT Delhi BDes placements 2024 stood at INR 12 LPA, INR 7 LPA and INR 4 LPA, respectively. The information provided by the candidate when filling out the NIFT 2024 application form are verified by NIFT officials before any candidate is considered for admission from June 5-12 (6 pm).

The verification of original documents is conducted online.

Also, if the certificates are in any other language than Hindi/ English, then a certified translation in Hindi/ English produced duly verified by the issuing institution/ gazetted officer. If the candidate fails to produce the translation, the candidate may be denied admission. 

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi's total tuition fee for the BDes course is INR 12.3 lakh. Apart from the total tuition fee, a one-time payment of INR 17,900 (refundable) will be also charged at the time of admission. For NIFT Delhi B.Des admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 from any recognised Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education/ State Board New Delhi/ Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi. A passing grade in the Senior Secondary School examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects is also eligible to apply for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi. 

The admission cycle for the NIFT Delhi BDes course begins with the release of NIFT Entrance Exam dates. Admission is granted based on the entrance scores. As per the past year's trends, the application window for the entrance test is expected to open in November and close by December month. The written exam is expected to be conducted in the first week of February. 

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has 17 campuses that are spread across the country. The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi admits students to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses based on their NIFT entrance exam scores. As per the NIFT Delhi cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programme ranged from 72 to 1639 for General All India category students. Among all the specializations, B.Des. in Fashion Communication was the most competitive, with the last round closing rank being the highest. Therefore, candidates aspiring to study B.Des at NIFT Delhi should aim to secure a rank between 70 and 1650 for the General category under the All India quota.
