Yes, Amrita Univeristy releases the AEEE mock tests. Candidates can access the AEEE / JEE preparation tests under their respective logins at AOAP. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham organises 2 types of mock tests:

  • AEEE / JEE Practice Test

Note that, candidates cannot login using AOAP ( Amrita Online Application Portal) credentials for AEEE mock test. They have to create new credentials using AEEE mock test register link

Q:   I have not registered for AEEE, can I still access the AEEE/JEE practice tests?

A:

No. If the candidates have not registered for the AEEE exam, then they have to separately register for AEEE / JEE practice tests.  Already registered candidates will have to log in and the new candidates will have to first register to attempt the mock test of AEEE 2025. Those who have already registered for AEEE 2025 will have to simply login using their Email Id and password.

How to Attempt the AEEE Mock Test 2025?

The following steps can be referred to attempt AEEE mock test 2025

Step 1: Login/Register - Already registered candidates will have to log in and the new candidates will have to first register to attempt the mock test of AEEE 2025. Those who have already registered for AEEE 2025 will have to simply login using their Email ID and password.

Step 2: Start the AEEE mock test - Upon successful login, candidates will have to click on the “Take Assessment Test” link. A page with test instructions will appear on the screen; read all the instructions for the mock test and click on the “I Agree” button to start the test.

Step 3: Attempt the test - After this, the mock test will start and an automatic timer will also start automatically. The test will have three sections- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all having multiple-choice questions with four options.

Step 4: Submit test - Once the AEEE mock test is completed, candidates will have to click on the “Submit and Close My Test” button to submit the test.

Step 5: Feedback/Suggestion - After this, candidates will have to click on the “I want to complete my test” button and provide comments/feedback/suggestions about the test. Once the candidates will submit their feedback, their scorecard for the attempted AEEE 2025 mock test will be displayed on the screen.

Colour Coding in AEEE 2025 Mock Test: The colour coding available in the AEEE mock test is explained below:

Q:   What is the exam mode of AEEE?

A:

AEEE is held in online mode (CBT). Admission via AEEE is given in BTech courses offered at Amrita University campuses at Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore and Nagercoil. The candidates who register for the exam have to book their exam date, time and test centre as per the availability and appear for the CBT test.

Q:   Is there any negative marking in AEEE?

A:
Yes, 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer in the AEEE. Students will be awarded 3 marks for every correct answer. Students will be given four options for each question, and they must carefully mark the answer keeping in mind the negative marking in the AEEE question paper.

No, the AEEE exam does not include subjective questions. All questions are multiple choice. This is because the AEEE is designed to test a candidate's knowledge of the subjects essential for BTech coure, not their ability to write essays.
