AEEE 2025 Application Form: Amrita Vishwavidyapeetham has released the online AEEE application form 2025. The AEEE 2025 registrations can be done online only on the official website of AEEE, aeee.amrita.edu. The last date to apply for AEEE 2025 phase 1 exam is January 20, 2025. To fill out the AEEE application form candidates have to complete personal and academic profiles, fill in application details, pay the applicable fee and upload scanned documents. 10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) 2025.
AEEE registration 2025 will open for all the phases of the exam together. However, the deadline to apply for the phases will differ. Aspirants can apply for both phases or any one phase and can also opt to apply for Amrita BTech admission 2025 via JEE Main scores and/or AEEE scores. AEEE application form is also made available in the offline mode. The registered candidates will be allowed to book AEEE 2025 exam slots. Q: When will the AEEE application form release?
AEEE 2025 application form has been released on October 22. Candidates are allowed to submit only one application form and more than one application i.e. multiple applications from a candidate may get rejected. Candidates' names and their parents' names in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in Class 12th/ equivalent qualifying Examination. Prefix/title such as Mr/Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs/Smt/Col etc. should not be used. The candidates are advised not to send the hard copy of the online application to the university. However, the candidates are advised to retain a hard copy of the application i.e. acknowledgement page for future reference or correspondence.

Yes, the candidate who will be appearing for 10+2 exam in 2024 can apply for AEEE 2024. The candidates must ensure that they have their 10+2 marks with them by the counselling process. Also, candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate of marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and not less than 55% in each of these three subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Q: What are the eligibility criteria for the AEEE exam?
Candidates must be a pass in 10 + 2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination from a recognised board. Thy must have scored minimum 60% aggregate of marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Also, their score in 10+2 must not be less than 55% in each of these three subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Important instructions regarding the application fee payment:
- The application fee can be paid online either by credit/debit card or net banking. In case the examination fee is paid through a credit card/debit card, the candidates may have to pay additional processing charges to the concerned bank.
- Please note that fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications.
- Application fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
- Candidates can post their payment queries in the Query Management System in the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) to get a faster response.

Q: I am applying for Amrita BTech admissions via JEE Main, but I don't have JEE Main scores now. What to do?
If at the time of filling AEEE form, candidates do not have JEE Main scores, they do not have to worry. Academic Profile, documents upload and JEE Mains scores may be entered after the publication of the results. It is not mandatory to fill the same at the time of filling out the application.
Q: Can I upload black and white photo in AEEE application form?
No. In the AEEE application form, the photo should not be black and white. All applications will be rejected if the photo is black and white, not clear or blurred. However, black and white scanned signature image will be accepted. Aspirants should ensure that they have a clean, black and white picture of the signature required to be uploaded. Upload the photo and signature as per the specifications only.
Q: I am not able to upload the photo and signature in AEEE application form. What should I do?
There can be sevarla reasons why you are not able to upload the images in the application form. Please check the following issues:
- Ensure that the specifications of the images are correct and as per the guidelines.
- Ensure that the internet connectiveity is stable and secure.
- Check the size and dpi of the scanned images.
- Check the imahe format. Only JPG/JPEG formats are acceptable.

How to Fill AEEE 2025 Application Form
Candidates can check the steps to fill out the application form for AEEE 2025 given below.
Step 1: Sign Up / Sign In
- Aspirants are required to register by entering their email ID or phone number.
- Once they enter a valid email ID/phone number, they will receive an OTP.
- Enter the OTP and complete the registration process.
Step 2: Enter Personal Information
In this step, candidates have to enter the below given details:
- Full Name (As in 10th class certificate)
- Date Of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format

- Note to indicate that the responsibility of entering the correct data lies with the candidate and the university will not be responsible for not getting communication if wrong data is entered
Step 5: Register for AEEE
Now, candidates have to register for AEEE. In this step, candidates have to select the following details:
- Choose three cities where you wish to attend the AEEE 2025 in CBT mode
- Do you want to consider based on the JEE CRL Rank?
Step 6: Preview of the AEEE 2025 application form
After submitting all the details, candidates can check the filled-in application form by using the preview option. In case candidates have made any mistakes in the application form, they can get them corrected or edit the data and save them. After checking all the details, candidates can move to the payment page.
Step 7: Payment of application fees
The last step is to pay the application fees. Application fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
Instructions for AEEE OMR Form 2025 (Offline)
It is mandatory to complete the AEEE application process online after filling out the OMR form. The application will be considered incomplete if candidates do not complete the application process online.
Candidates have to follow the following easy steps to complete your application process online after filling out the OMR form.
- Visit https://aee.amrita.edu.
- Login Using the Mobile Number entered in the OMR form.
- Candidates will be taken to the first step, the “Personal Information” page and fill in all the necessary details.
- Whatever data the candidates have entered in OMR will be displayed.
- Verify the email address.
- Upload the Photograph and Signature if it is not available.
- In Step 2, candidates need to enter the Parent’s name, email address and mobile number.
- In Step 3, candidates need to select the state where they studied +2.
- Candidates will now be taken to your application dashboard with the status “Registered”.
- Whenever candidates login, they have to use the email ID or mobile number that was used to complete the registration.
AEEE 2025 Application Form Correction
Candidates must note that no separate form correction window opens for AEEE. Therefore candidates must make any changes to the form before the final submission. However, candidates may correct/modify some of the particular(s) of the application data, before the commencement of Seat Allotment. The name of the candidate and their parent’s name in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in the Class 10th Certificate. Prefix/titles such as Mr./Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs./Smt./Col etc., must not be used.
Also keep in mind that, requests for change in date in the form are not accepted through phone/fax/e-mail etc. The candidates are advised not to send hard copies of the online application to the University. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application, i.e., the acknowledgement page for future reference or correspondence, if any. Additionally, candidates may check the status of their application online on the official website inside their respective logins.

Candidates have to contact the authorities of Amrita University in case they enter invalid email id in their AEEE application form. The candidates are advised to have their own personal and valid email ID and mobile number. Candidates are advised to retain the registered mobile number and email-id they have submitted in the application form till all the admission procedures are completed as all important updates will be informed to the candidates through SMS/e-mail or both.
