The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared JEE Main 2020 result on September 11 for paper 1. Candidates who have appeared in the test can download their JEE Main 2020 September result by entering the login credentials. Along with the declaration of JEE Main result, the authority has released the list of JEE main 2020 toppers with scores. This year JEE Main 2020 second session was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The JEE Main 2020 September exam was conducted from September 1 to September 6 in two shifts across 660 centres for paper 1 and 489 centres for paper 2 in India and 8 cities abroad.

As per the official notification, total applicants for JEE Main 2020 April/September exam were 8,58,273 and total registrations for BE/BTech exam were 7,46,115. Out of which, 6.35 lakh candidates have taken the entrance test for JEE Main 2020 September exam.

Along with the result, NTA has also announced JEE Main 2020 qualifying cut-off score for JEE Advanced. The JEE Main 2020 admission cutoff will be declared by JoSAA in the form of opening and closing ranks. JoSAA conducts a joint seat allocation process for admissions to 100 institutes including 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 25 IIITs and 28 Other GFTIs situated across India through a single counselling platform on the basis of ranks obtained in JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams.
