JNTUH invites applications for dual degree courses

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) has invited applications for admission to the five-year Integrated Double Degree Masters’ Programmes (IDDMP). 

The courses are being offered in collaboration with Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH), Sweden, in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Mechanical Engineering (MEC) for the 2021-22 academic year. The student will have to spend f 3.5 years at College of Engineering, JNTUH Kukatpally, and 1.5 years at BTH, Sweden. 

Eligibility criteria 

• Applicant should be of Indian nationality/Persons of Indian Origin (POI)/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) card holders and should have passed intermediate education (10+ 2 pattern) conducted by the TS/AP Board of Intermediate Education (BIE)/CBSE/ICSE with mathematics, physics, chemistry subjects with minimum 70 per cent marks. 
• Applicant should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admissions or on such other date may be notified by the entrance test committee. There is no upper age limit. 

Applications can be submitted online along with required documents (to be uploaded in pdf format) at www.jntuh.ac.in till October 30, 2021, by 4 pm. Application can be submitted with a late fee of INR 1,000 on November 5, 2021, till 4 pm. The registration fee is INR 2,000. Counselling will be held from 10:30 am on November 9.  

JEE Main, TS EAMCET qualified candidates can apply 

The selection will be based on ranks obtained in TS EAMCET-21/JEE Main 2021. 70 per cent seats will be allotted based on the TSEAMCET-2021 and other 30 per cent seats will be allotted based on the JEE Main 2021 rank. 

“Candidate in person is required to attend the counselling with all original certificates, along with First Semester Tuition Fee of Rs.1,00,000/- and Counseling Fee of Rs. 2000/- in cash,” an official statement said.
