Set a target of solving a minimum of 40-80 numerical problems daily, including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, says Srinivas.

Everyone has different grasping power. However, about six months is sufficient to completely study the JEE Main syllabus. You can utilise the remaining time in attempting question papers and revising concepts and formulae. Also, always choose one difficult topic with two easy topics; it reduces the burden and energy.

The first and foremost thing is about targets to finish the syllabus as per your speed and act accordingly. Here are some important topics that you must study in every subject:

Physics

Mechanics and Electromagnetism constitute the main part of the paper (65%). In Mechanics, don't persist with only mainstream questions, try different types of questions. Electromagnetism features a lot of formulas and an entire lot of concepts, which is that the most difficult a part of the syllabus. So, strengthen your theoretical knowledge. Confine mind that Heat and Thermodynamics are generally numerical supported basic laws, so don’t go far into the subject and ideas.

Chemistry

Physical Chemistry has questions that are rather typical than applied. It’s also the most scoring a part of Chemistry section, so learn it thoroughly. Confine mind that Chemistry has both applied also as typical questions and preparing for it would take tons of your time. Chemistry covers around 40% of the questions, where most of the questions are applied and supported a series of reactions except GOC. Once you get the concepts right, it'll become the simplest subject for you.

Mathematics

Complex Number, Permutation Combination and Probability cover 80% of the algebra portion. Remember that the questions on these topics are relatively easy and scoring. Vector and 3D sometimes have questions that are bit lengthy, but if you get them right, you conquer the 30% weightage it’s. Calculus, the foremost tricky part, has no particular trend in sorts of questions, so you've got no choice but to practice tons.

Smart Ways to remain Focused & Crack JEE Advanced

Set a target of solving a minimum of 40-80 numerical problems daily, including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Start with the difficult areas first. It’s crucial to stay a note of the toughest sections and work your thanks to the better material.

Analyse your mistakes and find the weak areas that always slow you down.

Never quit until you've got achieved your daily target. Study as per your plan, not by the number of hours. You can't compare performances by watching the clock. It doesn't matter how long you observed, the sole thing that matters in exams is whether or not you recognize the way to solve a drag or not.

Practice the art of selective thinking and listening. So, whether your dog needs your attention or that interesting episode of massive Bang Theory, discard stray thoughts. Build your solutions step-by-step with contextual thinking.

Get test papers from the past few years and solve the questions religiously. Sample papers assist you to familiarise with the sort of questions asked within the exam. Mock tests are eventually your saviour.

Mugging doesn’t help for JEE Advanced preparation. Make sure that you understand what you're reading and learn to use your brains.

Do the items you're keen on. It might be something as simple as Exercise daily, choose a walk or play active sports for a minimum of an hour each day. Well, if you're taking yourself too seriously and forget to pamper yourself, it might be a terrible, terrible mistake!

Are you able to face these challenges?

You need to organise yourself mentally also as physically to face this competition. Mentally, you would like to think wide once you consider the competition you're facing. So don’t get defocused and remember that you simply need to compete with unknowns so you've got to place your all efforts in it to excel.

May you've got scored well in your school level examinations by not even spending 20 hours on studies reception but this is often not getting to be enough with such an enormous competition. You would like to proportion your efforts and set a target of 50-55 hours studies reception hebdomadally and you've got to try to portion step by step.

It also true that you simply aren't getting to get start studying for 9-10 hours suddenly it requires a proper strategy. Next week hamper your times which you're spending in other works again by two-three hours. You cannot start studying 10 hours each day suddenly whereas earlier you're studying for three-four hours.

Try to do the same as earlier, Increase your study time from four to seven hours and in next week or after two weeks proportion to 10 hours.
