What is JEECUP exam?

The UP Polytechnic exam, commonly referred to as the JEECUP exam is conducted by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, UP. The exam is held annually in online mode for admission to the participating polytechnic institutes of the state. Through JEECUP 2026, candidates can get admission to Technology, Engineering and Pharmacy courses. The exam tests the students' aptitude and knowledge in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Eligible candidates must qualify the exam and participate in the counselling for admission.

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, released the UP Polytechnic application form 2026 on January 15. Candidates can apply at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. How to Download JEECUP 2026 Admit Card?

• Visit the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.

• Fill in your login details and submit.
• The admit card will be displayed.
• Download and take a print of it.

The correct responses to the question paper will be released through the provisional JEECUP answer key. Candidates can use the answer key to calculate their probable scores on the test. The authorities also allow students to raise objections to the JEECUP answer key. For every objection, a candidate has to pay Rs 100 through net banking/credit card/debit card.
